Good service quick delivery. Little disappointed about the shape it was in when delivered. Scuffed up and bent on top bar of the frame. Powder coating coming off forks already. Looke like someone used it before it came to me.

The implementation is fine. Packaging for shipping sucked! Obviously the implement will get beat up and scratched up but it showed up looking like it was used for a couple years! Painted was missing on a quarter of the implement. Mostly, I think because of crappy packing for shipping. 800.00 bucks for american made. Maybe it's american made but doubtful the guy that made it would claim it.

Well. Appears to be a good plastic tote and tow behind buggy. The really terrible thing was the instructions. Wow. Just wow. Insteuxtikns horrible these are going reading be. You how lock build pin with unmatch thread and AA. Seriously guys, the instruction manual is ridiculous. Put some damn effort into your product. I love a manual I have to read from a phone, and I absolutely love the amazing pictures and references. Well done, Titan. You had one job.

I ordered the U.S.-made version of these forks. They were delivered in pieces, not on a pallet as I expected, which was no big deal. However, there was a lot of obvious damage during transit, most notably in the paint, which made everything look as though it had been used for a very long time. The 42" forks are not easily adjustable, as the orange paint has been chipped badly and collects under the forks, making it extremely difficult to slide them into place on the frame. In addition, if you're not wearing gloves, there's a strong likelihood that you'll slice your fingers open on the chipped paint fragments that present themselves like razor-like daggers on the frame. The bottom line is this: I paid the additional money to support USA-made, but I feel like I may have been duped, as the quality is less than China-worthy. If this is USA-made quality, then we're in dire straits because the fit and finish are severely lacking.

Have yet to use the mini skid steer stump bucket and the mini to full size quick-tac adapter plate, but have a few issues. All hose fittings on stump bucket loose, and appears 1 hydraulic line is 8" too long. The hydraulic quick disconnects, your tech said they'd work with the flat face land pride qd's on my machine....not so much...$150 and 2 shops later and I think I have what I need for first op check. Hope the packings in your product are compatible with kubota brand hydraulic fluid. Also, adapter plate will need modification as it blocks the ability to attach qd's unless the bucket is raised and tipped leading edge full down...pinch point. More to follow. Unsure if I'll be back

Normally my rating for Titan is very high but currently an order which I cancelled has been misplaced between T-force shipping and Titan for almost two weeks but currently I am still paying almost $2000.00 on my credit card for it.

Be aware BEFORE YOU Oder! Unit was lost during shipping. I first chatted with a rep to inform them that the UPS tracking # showed the item was lost in shipping. This first rep made me wait nearly 14 calendar days to make a claim. That only makes sense if the tracking # shows it is still in transit. But the UPS web site stated: “Exception/Damage Reported/All merchandise is missing, and the empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender/UPS will notify the shipper about the damage.” The 2nd rep was very difficult to understand, not due to language but he was using a headset or speakerphone that was very muffled. This was even after he called me back. This customer service rep told me that for future orders if I didn't pay for shipping insurance, I would have to pay for a replacement, and I would have to eat the cost of the lost attachment!! In the meantime, the item I ordered went on sale, but they would not apply the sale price to the replacement order. Be aware, if you are going to buy from Titan pay for the shipping insurance or you might get screwed if the order is lost in shipping! I've never worked with a vendor that had this policy. However, forcing everyone to pay for shipping insurance when other vendors do not might be a deal killer. By the time the replacement arrived it was too late for the job I had scheduled. I had to purchase the attachment from another vendor to keep my timeline. I like Titan for their low prices and the attachments that I have ordered in the past were all good items for the price. However, if you are going to order from them, do not be a hurry and budget for the shipping insurance because their policy is once you order it, you are going to pay if the item arrives or not. I guess kudos are deserved to the customer service rep that made an exception for me on this policy.

Left side of rake always gets loose no matter how tight the bolts. This causes tines to twist and come out of there holes. It just slides over the debris and hasn't picked up much of anything. I will keep trying.

The forks took a considerable amount of grinding to get the brace on. All the grinding was on the welds. Looks like the guy welding was on his first day on the job... Love the product...... but should have been ready to use and not waste an hour of my time.... Jim Rider

The forks are definitely quality. I had to cut out the bottom pin lockers holes with cutting torch and grind and repaint so that they would fit on my Mahindra tractor.

I would have been happy with the pallet forks if they had been the correct attachment type. I made the mistake of not calling in an order, thinking the website had the information I needed. The link to determine which attachment fits my tractor kept coming up as does not exist. The description for this attachment listed the tractor and loader we are getting. John Deere hook and pin was a reasonable description for the type of hookup I knew it had. If there was a picture of the back of the frame I would have known it was the wrong attachment. Titan said I could send it back in the original packaging for a refund. Two problems. For me to set up shipping was about $300. Secondly, the original packaging was destroyed in shipment to me. This was our first JD tractor and first loader without pin on connections, so a little more detail and pictures of the back would have made all the difference. If I had been an expert on John Deere loaders I would have not been confused by the Titan website.

I have only used the pallet forks I purchased a few times. I only gave 3 stars because I have not really put them to the test yet. They appear to be quite rugged and well built. I am impressed with the thought that went into the design to make it multi-functional. I have no complaints and I received them within a week of purchase. Thank you for your prompt service.

We ordered a set of flip over forks and was sent in 4 separate tracking numbers. The pole and welded ears arrived to our office and then days went by with no forks? We get a call from Fedex days later stating that the forks are too heavy for their drivers to make the delivery.... Was told if I didn't come and pick them up at their facility that the forks would be sent back ! Not happy at all this time around! I had to drive down to Homestead Florida to pick them up in my pick up truck and lost half a day!
