Two of the zerk fittings were missing, and the rest of the fittings were so loose they were about to fall out. The unit had no grease on the moving joints either.

I got my item very quickly. I ended up asking for a refund because when it arrived the package was in very bad shape and the item had dings and paint missing. The box used to ship the item was no where near adequate enough for the item shipped.

Heavy materials and good build quality However one of the mounting posts was misaligned to the loader and wouldn't successfully mount. Needed modification to get it to successfully attach.

The sales experience was good. The product was terribly assembled, loose bolts, misaligned parts, etc.

So I ordered a set of pallet forks. It was shipped in 2 different orders, and when the sent the forks one was longer than the other. The sent a 42, and a 48” forks. I ordered the 48”. I called and they sent a replacement fork, and it’s right at 48”. So when I installed the fork to the frame I noticed that the forks are not the same size and about an inch off. I didn’t contact titan, after they sent a replacement fork. I will deal with it

product came with 2.5" receiver. which should have been disclosed. 2" is std.

The item came as described but needs a more clear description on the measurements I was misled on the hole size.

Attachments were great but the freight company used “TForce Freight” used a large semi truck to deliver two attachments that could easily fit in the back of a small truck and couldn’t get up my drive way. Arrangements were were made to meet somewhere else to take delivery and without letting me know charged me $125 for redelivery. I would have gone and pick up them up myself had I known that was going to happen. So much for “free” delivery.

Freight orders are instructed to be met at the driveway and ground orders are instructed to be delivered at your door. Well the attachment is awesome, but either you or myself ordered or sent me the wrong item. I was going to ship it back and replace with the correct one, but the cost of shipping wasn’t worth sending it back. So I ended up buying an adapter so I can use it. Now the low cost implement costed me double the money that I could have purchased at my local dealer.

I received the order and all was good with the shipping etc. When I went to install the forks on my John Deere 1025r, they would not fit. The bottom pins on the fork frame were about 1/4 inch too wide. The only way to make them fit was to take a handheld sledge hammer and "bend" them to the correct distance to go in the holes. I do not think I should have had to do that...

This rating is mostly to do with the delivery. I can’t fault the driver to avoid delivery during road construction, but the promise was that I would be called to reschedule. Instead, it was rescheduled and I had no say. I needed to change plans to be available.

the shipping was fast, product looked great. BUT, it would not attach to my CAt skid loader. the box at the bottom that the locking pin that holds it to carriage, was too small and would not lock in.. will have to some grinding to hopefully get it to fit..

The forks do not slide on the carriage and the locking pin at the top does not engage in the slot. I have to use a block of wood and a hammer to move the forks! I had forks for another JD tractor and they worked fine. this pair does not. 05/29/2023 Still waiting for a reply!

1. Didn't send the nuts for the 3 pt. pins with the order 2. Sent nuts for the bale spears after I sent a picture of the 3 pt. pins telling them I was missing the nuts. Gave up and bought pins and nuts locally.

No problems with Titan however the finish on the implement was sub par. Was palletized but still beat up, paint finish was far from flawless. Fed Ex is horrible.
