The right side pin hole did not line up with 220R john deer loader. Had to ream out. Other than that, it works pretty good.

Received the unit. Structurally the unit is exactly what I wanted and built well, works great. However, the hydraulic hoses were dry rotten and cracked. I knew the hydraulic connectors would have to be changed to fit my equipment, what a pain. I could not find adapters at five different shops. decided to cut the ends off the dry rotted hoses and install new ends. Can't do that either due to some weird size hoses. Ended with replacing both hoses after six hours and driving around everywhere. How about standard equipment that correlates to materials used in the U.S.

Paint damage everywhere on frame. Not actually in a box. Exposed and damaged all over the place. Expected this to show up on a pallet.

Product is made really well but finish is terrible looks like it was used and returned and sold to me as new. I know this is going to take a beating I just don’t think it should look this bad out of box.

The overall quality of the shipment looks solid and heavy but it was delivered on a pallet, and bolted to a steel cage (inch and half flat bar steel) that totally surrounded the finish mower deck for shipment. There is considerable assembly required for the unit and the need to have tools to cut the steel cage away, mechanical know-how to assemble the unit, and a tractor loader to hoist the 500-pound deck while assembling all the pieces, are required. The package was delivered in the back of a semi, had I not had pallet forks for my front-end loader to off-load it, I am not sure how the driver would have delivered it to my residence. I did have all the tools needed, such as battery-powered band saw to cut away the cage, impact-wrench, full supply of hand tools such as ratchets, sockets, box wrenches, etc., tractor with front-loader and pallet fork attachment, and skills to assemble it all. But if you don't have the requirements, and you are having this delivered to your residence without a loading dock, be prepared to be frustrated with having to outsource it all to a contractor before being able to mow with it.

The product was delivered without any directions. It was left out in the rain, which is not a big deal but the cardboard box was destroyed by the rain and I couldn’t find any directions. I will be trying it out in a couple of weeks!

Don’t know if it was FDX or Titan, but I got both parts, separately, the boxes destroyed and part’s missing. I’ll find out on Monday how this rating will change depending on how difficult it is to get the missing parts

Like other buyers, I had to enlarge the bottom holes because the attachment does not fit a series 500 JD loader.

Ordering process was quick and efficient. Delivery had to be rescheduled because of the wrong equipment on the delivery truck. The stump bucket arrived but the side of it was bent and had to be ground so that it would lock into place on our tractor when we tried to use it. Shouldn’t have to adjust an $800 attachment so that it will work.

I like your attachments but FEDEX is the worst delivery people there is.About 8 out of the last ten orders I got with them they left behind my mail which is about 1/2 mile from my house.I pay for home del. and that is what.
