The attachment wire pull out after about five hours of use while using two concrete blocks as weight. I replace the wire with 9 gauge chain length fence. Redid the attachment points. Cost $30.25 and it works just fine.

Package arrived with a handle protruding, hardware parts loose inside the box. Terrible instructions and no YouTube or other video to assist with assembly.

Seems heavy duty enough. I haven't used it yet. I got the 5' forks to provide better visibility when lifting. My complaint is Titan advertises Free Shipping with all their products, then when you place the order $75.00 extra shipping charge is added. I am not buying a huge piece of equipment here. Everything is on one small pallet. Sloppily tied down, the forks were falling out of the bands and off the pallet. Also i was never notified when titan shipped this. One morning I checked my email and it was from the shipping company saying they were delivering it that day. Good thing I was home.

We are pleased with the product ( pallet forks) , but we’re frustrated with the delivery by FedEx. Delivered 1 fork and received the second fork a week later- unacceptable.

Delivery it was amazing. Overall the only reason why they got a three instead of the five star rating was because the metal for the clamps have already bent

The products are always pretty good quality just found the check out billing confusing. When I ordered landscape rake I thought I had included wheels based on price it looked correct with free shipping didn’t realize there was a fee for oversized load! It should be clear and think you should be upfront with price.I ordered the wheels after original order and probably paid a little more than if I had included it in original order!!!

I have bought several pieces of equipment from Titan. I have been pleased with everything else I have bought with the exception of the last item the bale spear for my loader . Very well built piece but I can’t get the large spears but to tighten and the bolt holding one of the small spears snapped when putting very little pressure tightening in place . Other than that Titan has delivered in a very timely matter and has pretty nice equipment. I work for a John Deere dealership as a manager and compared to Frontier same if not better equipment at a much lower cost

The order part was easy. However, the shipping was horrible. FedEx lost part of the order and Titan has a policy to give FedEx a week to find it. It took an extra 2 weeks to receive the remainder od the order. Stop using Fedex.

I would have given a higher rating except for the fact that the pallet it was shipped on was almost damaged to the point that I couldn't unload from the truck, got it on the ground and repositioned the forks, made it about 40 feet before it finally broke to the point of no longer being useful, went to house and got a couple of straps to secure and make it the rest of the way to my house. Buying experience was fine, shipping condition when delivered left a lot to be desired.

Product not delivered as originally scheduled, however notification of delivery date change received from Titan. No notification by delivering carrier. Product was unloaded in front of main entry door of residence with no notification of delivery. Again, email from Titan advising delivery had been made was only way we knew it had been delivered. Poor communication by your contract carrier. Product was put close enough to the entry door one could have stumbled & fallen if they did not know what to expect.

The item is pretty basic, and seems to be what I wanted; a front frame for my loader, easy on, easy off, with a 2" receiver for a trailer hitch. My only complaint is that it was delivered two days later than the date promised when I ordered it. I waited around for it to arrive, and then finally received a notice from the shipper FEDEX that delivery would be delayed. This product would be MUCH better if it also was set up to receive pallet forks, which would not be very hard to do. A simpler solution would have been to add the receiver to a frame designed to receive pallet forks.

the products were what I expected however the packing was very poorly done. Heavy metal Painted items thrown on top of each other with nothing between and loosely banded is a recipe for lots of paint loss and burred metal that now catches your fingers. Rust already starting to form on the bare metal.

Looked pretty good but the 3-point tabs were bent, I will have to work at getting those fixed so I can connect to my tractor.
