“The product seemed okay but it didn’t fit on my piece of equipment. They want me to pay shipping back which I would accept but then they want a 20% restocking charge. What a stupid thing to do. I was going to buy a couple thousand dollar grapple for my skid steer so they saved $10 or $12 dollars and lost a couple thousand.
So beware if something won’t work for you. I’ll certainly never buy anything from them a, I’m just glad it was a small item.”

My suggestion to anyone looking at a creditable company avoid this one. I had purchased a set of teeth for frontend loader on tractor. They sent these to me and didn't open for 4 months and once opened no pins were in box. I reached out to have these sent vis USPS for lower cost. They refused to sent saying out of warranty. I would be embarrassed to send an e-mail telling someone that. I will go out of my way to ensure no other person gets this treatment via post on channels. I just reported to better business bureau in Georgia who will note this company's standards.”
