There’s no way to correct a problem but cancel it and start over I ordered the wrong spears wanted to change sizes Tried email and calling nothing works in your system Your product is ok

The bolt-on hose hanger did not work as well as expected. I thought it would have more springy-ness, and the first time I routed my auxiliary hydraulic hoses through it for my skid steer grapple bucket, it bent over. I ultimately had to hang another spring of this hose hanger to make it work. Not worth the $59, but maybe worth ~$20.

So the weld quality is great! That being said First hour both cylinder guards bent/ broke. A couple fittings came loose and started leaking. Quick coupler went on to my machine, won’t come off. I have tried everything I can I can try, going to have to cut female couple off to remove. No holding valve to keep compression on debris or to hold open and not flop grapple tines around . !! Also I realize production costs are higher than ever, that being said I would suggest changing to a standard JIC or O ring face fitting. The fittings used are not the widely used, for compatibility

The loader bucket clamp on ball hitch receiver I purchased said it was compatible with Kubota loader buckets but would not install properly on my loader. The gap opening was too narrow to completely clear the front lip of the bucket. This left a 3/4" space between the front of the bucket and the hitch tabs that should mount flush to the loader. Since you state a 30 day return policy I looked into returning this item but learned you have a 20% restocking fee plus I need to pay for shipping back to Titan. Plus you specify that the item basically should never have been removed from its packaging or you won't accept it. This one has some scratches on the paint from attempting to get it onto my loader.

The root 72" rake 9111210)was delivered (Order # SO0000079837)and I viewed a metal tag pop riveted to the unit saying the weight is 334 KG. That is 758 lbs. The advertised weight on the Titan site is 655 lbs. (That is false advertising) I want to send it back. It's too heavy for my tractor. I have asked to purchase the 60" rake item # 111318 for the same price of $2517.47. Austin at Titan has been trying to keep me up to date, but we are still waiting to see what the support team has decided. Should I contact my Discover Card company, and have them get involved? I need an answer soon, I need a grapple to get my work done before the weather turns.

Product received was as listed in size and looks to be a good strong unit. However when I received it I immediately unpacked it. Wrapped in plastic and cardboard under that I could see that it clearly had been tossed around. Multiple tears in the plastic and the cardboard. The corners had missing paint, scrapes on several sides, down to bare metal. The cardboard had no additional cardboard inserts or styrofoam to protect the unit at all. I immediately wrote a note along with pictures and a video of the unwrapping, but I have heard nothing. I simply asked for them to send me touchup paint and a reduction in my price since it is not in Brand new condition. Still crickets. It was sent FEDEX, however the shipper is not the problem, the packaging and the cardboard used is inferior. I have received other items from other manufacturers with foam corner protectors, additional cardboard covers, etc. Even the cardboard if it had been pristine, would never survive the weight and shipping without additional support and protection pieces around the unit. Disappointed to say the least that I can't get a response and any acknowledgement that they want to make it right. If you buy it don't expect it to be perfect when it arrives!

delivery was quite fast, no call before the truck arrived to deliver, no manual or instructions as to the assembly. Had I not been in the mechanics trade for over 60 years, might have had some difficulty. The unit does not seem to have the strength to do what expected, however did the job I wanted. Will do more researching prior to any ordering again.

Your customer service is not very good. I am guessing that it is provided by third-party support. "JUDE" responded to concerns only after I gave him a negative survey response. He has still not replied to a question I sent about "how long does it take to get a returned product refund. I did find something on your website about refunds taking up to 7-days to process. A telephone support person told me refunds take up to 14-days. The 60-inch towable mower I ordered was too heavy for me to move and operate, and FEDEX was not able to deliver it since I have a gravel driveway and it could only be rolled on pavement. So the item was shipped back to Titan unopened. I also wanted to ask why there is a 20% restocking charge for putting a returned, unopened box back into inventory.

Not the quick connect that I anticipated by looking at the photo prior to the purchase. I had to pay a fabricator to modify the unit to meet my requirements. I suggest a list of tractors the product fit’s would eliminate this problem.

I ordered a set of pallet forks and frame. They work well but when I received the frame the paint was bubbling and flaking off. I didn’t expect to have to touch up the paint before even using it.

I purchased a 60ATVFM recently. The online purchase transaction was smooth and easy. The expected delivery date was met and the shipment arrived undamaged. I assembled the finish mower correctly with the easy-to-read instructions. I filled it with oil and gasoline and connected it to my UTV. The machine did not track well at all. In fact, it's outright dangerous. I did leave a scathing review on the Titan (palletforks.com) website. No one from Titan has contacted me about my safety concerns. I have also noticed that the 60ATVFM and 48ATVFM are no longer for sale via the website. I have had to spend additional money and time to fabricate a solution to address the safety concerns with the mower. I find this to be unacceptable.

The product is good however the packaging is terrible. The only reason I ordered a single tooth was because there was a tooth missing from the previous oder. I ordered a 7 tooth bar kit and when I got around to building it I found the tooth missing. I gave Titan the benefit of the doubt and ordered a single. When it arrived, I found the box was broken and the shank was missing. Since I only needed a tooth I just left it at that. The original box with the 7 tooth kit was broken also but was taped up. When I first opened it, I notice the pin bag was ripped open, I counted the pins but not the teeth. Guess I should have taken a closer inventory on the first order in the first place. Still haven't found the missing tooth, so I have to assume it was missing in the original order.

Fork extensions are poorly made. A strap needs welded to the bottom to keep them from bouncing off. Basically the extensions could have been a 4 star but poor design.

The grapple arrived with a broken hose. The whole problem was forced to be dealt with through the internet. Because of the language barrier with customer support I have had to repeatedly explain that I have not used the equipment so I did not break it. Now several days after I reported the problem I have not heard anything. I suspect that all service comes out of China.

Did not know we would need a quick attachment. So couldn't use it, they don't make the quick attachments for my loader. Would have been nice to see on your website say quick attachments required, but I didn't. Now I'm out 400$. 200$ for delivery 200$ for return.I guess that's one way to stick it us buyers. Looks like it would work I guess

Scratch and dent was an understatement. It looked like the package fell off the truck and was in a ditch for a few weeks. Everything ended up working well but some hardware was missing I had to get creative. Overall I am fairly happy with the product but the condition was poorer than expected.

Not good so far. Ordered a QA standard fork attachment, it shipped in 3 pieces via Fed Ex parcel. It was scratched and dinged up when I received it. Fork frame doesn't fit the tractor, 30-90 day estimated time for warranty claim process. I also ordered a fork mounted grapple, which I cannot use until the warranty process plays out. I needed this stuff yesterday, of course. Warranty support is outsourced overseas.
