The welding jig has to be off. The forks attachment are too tight, I don’t think for the price I should need to use a sledge to get them to fit. Nor have to take the time to fix. The trailer mover attachment is the opposite. 1/2 inch too big. Pins don’t make it. Again should I be welding pucks on. I don’t think so.

Smaller pieces of limbs get stuck next to the blades making a horrible noise, hinged drum housing doesn’t set right allowing the drum to rub on it

I mistakenly ordered two different sets of pallet forks. With different discretion and different prices. When they showed up they are all identical. I feel they intentionally miss describe one of them just to price them a $100 more . Probably the last products I will purchase from them. Scott

Your add says the frame fits John Deere .. This frame doesn’t fit John Deere hook and pin … This is a Euro frame attachment I found out … I need the pro series attachment and I need customer service and management to assist me with the new purchase and return of the euro frame

I have to remove the bale spear to connect attachment to the euro mount quick mount on my John Deere tractor then remove the spear to take the attachment back off. Not real handy The bale spear bolt hits the cross bar on loader so it doesn’t drop into quick mount

Missing parts on arrival, hydraulic fittings loose at connections, quick connect fittings leaking at face. I have other attachments from Titan that are good, disappointed in this one.

Not knowing what I needed, I spoke with the sales staff to try to find the right part for my tractor. The sales staff rushed to recommend a part that wound up being the wrong one. When I inquired about returning the part and then ordering the correct part, I was told I could do that but I would have to pay for return shipping. The return shipping would have cost me as much as the part itself cost so I instead had to sell the part at a reduced amount to minimize the money I lost.

Payed extra shipping to have expedited. Received plate. Within 3 days. And spears were shipped from back east. Waited 1.5 weeks for them to show up. Product should have been shipped together. Definitely think about buying again especially if multiple product attachment.

Only been used for two days. I’ve been using this attachment on a Cat 285D. The idea of the grapple is great but poorly executed. Not sure if the pins are the correct size. The grapple arms have no stop when it’s all the way up so they flop around like crazy and bang into the machine arms when you tilt up. I welded some stops on the top of the grapple so they don’t flop back and hit the machine. Other than that issue the attachment seems to be doing what it should.

Should not be sold with normal length spears as distance from bottom to top spear too close to hold bales on well w normal adjustment. Went with 44" spear that was longer than comparable and still no good...will find a way to make it work.

The overall construction of this product is outstanding. Well built, however the hydraulics are installed in a way they are left unprotected. I have a broken hydraulic line, with odd ball fittings, that none of my local shops stock. Have been waiting on them to ship a new one for a week and it hasn't even been shipped yet. I am disapointed with their customer service and the design that left the hydraulics exposed.

Assembly instructions are very vague. If you don't have a knowledge of this kind of equipment you will have a hard time. Service support from Titan is also very poor. Good luck trying to understand the service personal !

Last piece of equipment we received was in very poor condition. Paint was all flaking of and scratched up.

Received the "Made in USA" 42" pallet forks and frame. The frame arrived with the paint scraped in many places. Frame and forks arrived in a box truck with no pallet, so that explains why they were all scraped up. The frame is "Powder coated" according to the description; however, it is obviously primed and painted - NOT powder coated. To their credit, Titan refunded $100 for the damage to the paint that occurred during shipment. They did recommend purchasing "Shipping insurance" in the future, apparently because they do not want to ship this heavy equipment on pallets!? The slot in the forks that rides on the top rail of the frame has a rounded profile at the top and does NOT slide on the rectangular profile of the rail. It is a huge struggle to shift the fork width. If you want quality, DO NOT buy from Titan. These issues are design issues - no excuse for this poor quality, ESPECIALLY the misleading description that the frame is powder coated! Still the price is hundreds less than other brands. If you are willling to do some grinding on the frame rail and accept a painted frame, the frame/forks are adequate - just be aware of what to expect from Titan. I won't be buying from Titan again or recommending Titan to anyone.

The forks work great and have a ton of utility- the problem is the inferior screw clamps that hold the forks onto the bucket. On one of the clamps the hex screw that holds the foot to the bolt broke, on the other, the bolt bent . Titan doesn’t have replacements in stock and wants to charge me 50 bucks for replacements for parts that never worked. I am currently holding the forks onto the bucket with chains and tighteners.

The product was shipped to me damaged. It was missing a pin and a piece was cracked. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 25 dollar discount. It cost me more than that to have my welder repair. This company is usually spot on but this time I am truly disappointed in their response.
