Received the "Made in USA" 42" pallet forks and frame. The frame arrived with the paint scraped in many places. Frame and forks arrived in a box truck with no pallet, so that explains why they were all scraped up. The frame is "Powder coated" according to the description; however, it is obviously primed and painted - NOT powder coated. To their credit, Titan refunded $100 for the damage to the paint that occurred during shipment. They did recommend purchasing "Shipping insurance" in the future, apparently because they do not want to ship this heavy equipment on pallets!? The slot in the forks that rides on the top rail of the frame has a rounded profile at the top and does NOT slide on the rectangular profile of the rail. It is a huge struggle to shift the fork width. If you want quality, DO NOT buy from Titan. These issues are design issues - no excuse for this poor quality, ESPECIALLY the misleading description that the frame is powder coated! Still the price is hundreds less than other brands. If you are willling to do some grinding on the frame rail and accept a painted frame, the frame/forks are adequate - just be aware of what to expect from Titan. I won't be buying from Titan again or recommending Titan to anyone.

The forks work great and have a ton of utility- the problem is the inferior screw clamps that hold the forks onto the bucket. On one of the clamps the hex screw that holds the foot to the bolt broke, on the other, the bolt bent . Titan doesn’t have replacements in stock and wants to charge me 50 bucks for replacements for parts that never worked. I am currently holding the forks onto the bucket with chains and tighteners.

The product was shipped to me damaged. It was missing a pin and a piece was cracked. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 25 dollar discount. It cost me more than that to have my welder repair. This company is usually spot on but this time I am truly disappointed in their response.

Package arrived, box was destroyed and ine of the wheels is bent. This is the second bad shipment, will be sending in another claim for damages

Very well-made the only reason I’m giving it a two star is that it does not close tight enough to hold on to the bushes and trees to get them out of the ground. They slip right out of the bucket

Neither the originally ordered pallet frame nor the shipped replacement had pin locations fabricated in the correct location.

I"m not particularly happy with Titan Attachments. When i first called Customer Service the young lady knew very little about your product or could give me guidance in selecting the necessary hoses for my grapple attachment. After ordering the incorrect hose i called back and requested to talk with her supervisor at which time i spoke with Joen who was more helpful and knowledgeable. He made an effort to help and suggested hoses for a different attachment with a .025 thread that might work but would have the sales team call me back to confirm. I never received a callback from the sales team or parts dept so i ultimately ordered the hoses with a .025 end. i then received another email saying that the hoses would not work but given that i have goverment forestry contracts i must fulfill i attached them anyway, they leak a bit but still work so i could keep my guys working. I paid over $300 for the wrong hoses and over $500 for the ones with the .025 threads, not sure why the different threads cost me $200. I was informed i would be sent a return order form which i have not received to date. i'm disappointed in Titan that you are so eager to sell me attachments but servicing them seem to take a back seat.

Why is this called an 80lb spreader when it barely holds 35lbs of seed? Decently built and works well but calling it 80lbs feels very deceptive.

Follow up service after the sale was a complete failure. I’ve requested a simple phone call to inquire about assembly instructions that did not match the booklet shipped with the product. Beyond frustrating.

The front hoe would not fit on a Bobcat T590 without 2 hours of grinding and drilling because of poor joints and welds. The separate thumb that was included in the package purchase would not fit on the Titan companion front hoe even after grinding, drilling and cutting because of poor weld joints; to attached it, I had to purchase smaller bolts and leave off a metal plate.

The service and delivery was great !! The attachment was not as nice as I expected. I thought the hook and pins would be a lot tighter than they are. I will have to use a lot of geese so I don’t wear the loose fitting parts out

Don't use fedex to ship. I had to do all kinds of calling and running around to get the complete order. It came 3 different ways and I had to track trace and retrieve my order. It was a hassle. But I finally got everything.. other then that. Im happy with the product.

Looks to be built well but because it was incorrectly made it doesn't fit my tractor. Tried calling Titan but I'm still waiting on a call back. Luckily the attachment points are within a quarter of an inch and with enough cutting and grinding it should fit.

Stump Grinder seems to work ok. It was missing a main grease pin and all the hardware for both grease pins. Titan has not replaced them more than a week after I reported them missing. Titan sends me emails telling me they have no update on the missing parts? Also all the hydraulic fittings were loose on the grinder when received. Tim Napier
