Item was delivered with a missing part. I have contacted customer support and they are requiring me to take pictures to prove that it is actually missing a part, as if taking a photo would actually prove that. If I wanted to scam you I would just remove the part before I took the picture. Why would I want to claim that it was missing a $10 lower 3 point hitch pin if I really wasn't? Otherwise, it was GREAT! Fast delivery, quality product.

Shipment of a set of 60" fork-lift forks was split into 3 seperate shgipments????? -forfk, 2-fork, and 3 frame. The 2 forks came in long before the frame did. little communication about how and why this was done????

I had to modify the attachment hole for the quick connect. The hole did not align with my 2610 Branson. Not what I expected.

ordered a 3pt disc bedder. frame arrived intact. no bolts or hardware to put it together. box was damaged and clearly repackaged. suspect hardware lost in transport when box damaged. either way it sits in barn while waiting for parts

The two hook latches on the three point wont disengage without pulling the pins and prying the lock bars back.

Hidden fees during checkout. Don't say it is free shipping then have a handling fee. Also, received an email saying it was out for delivery, only to receive it 4 days later. Happy with the attachment though. Versatile little attachment. Says for stumps and tree transplanting. Which I did get it to help with trees, but it scoops stones up really well.

Received equipent with hose thread crossed threaded. 3 weeks later they only sent the T-fitting not the hose that connects to the left cylinder.

Build quality seems pretty good but absolutely no attempt to protect the frame during shipping has obviously resulted in many scratches and chips out of the paint, and we paid extra for the Orange to match our tractor! I'm aware that this is an attachment for doing work and will likely get scratches and such over the years, but ZERO attempt to wrap it with anything before shipping is absurd!

Still waiting for answers. My product was not properly wrapped for shipment. It was missing powder coat paint on numerous areas not protected. I sent photos of damage. No one has contacted me since I filed a clajm.

The bucket overall looked good but had some poor quality welds on it. Welds were cold lapped and not bonded to both pieces of metal. It’s in need of repair after about two hours of use. I have purchased several implements from Titan that I am pleased with but this one needed a little more attention.

I ordered a mower and a disk....neither one fit our John Deere tractor . The mower box was pretty beat up upon arrival and there may have been some attachment parts that we didn't get .... Then a week after I bought the disk they were marked down...ARGH!

As soon as I unpacked my attachments I noticed how sub-par the paint is. I hope that's the only problem with them.

Basically I am unhappy with the product and, for the most part, customer service. I have struggled with this mower since early March. Customer service has not responded in a timely manner. The recently received replacement mower is missing parts and several grease fittings don't work. I have spent too much time and extra money assembly and disassembling the mowers. I should be reimbursed for my time and expenses. Also, the operator's manual is a disappointment.

One of the riser bars was welded 1/4 “ off to one size I don’t feel like it should have left the factory like this. It probably won’t be as strong as it’s supposed to be.

The products were good, but it took 3 follow up calls over 3 weeks to finally get my entire order shipped. It was not a shipping company delay, but a delay in shipping out the in stock product. The process was frustrating at best.

The attachment appears to be quality, the packaging and manner in which it arrived was horrible. Delivery was delayed by 48hr due to FEDEX being unhappy in the manor it was packaged and the attachment came all banged up and missing hungs chunks of paint begging to rust. Ultimately you choose the way you package the item and whom you have deliver. Ditch FedEx and/or package it differently.
