“Titan attachments is great however your choice of carriers for delivery leaves a lot to be desired .FedEx in my area is consistently late doesn't show and has issues with delivery.”

“Well I received it a week later than predicted, and when it arrived I could see why. It had been repackaged twice. It'd been handled quite roughly, and the packing materials were mostly gone. It arrived mummified in saran wrap, inside a box inside another box. Missing any paperwork and two of three linch pins. Other than that, I'll get to installing it this week.”

“Easy checkout, fast delivery. The instructions recommend chains to support the attachment. It would be helpful if that were included somewhere on the product page or during the checkout process. If it is, it didn't stand out enough for me to notice. Otherwise good experience.”

“I made an order and hadn’t received it for over a month. I had to call and they then informed me that my shipment was lost. I don’t know if I would have found this out unless I called. After that, the process went fine to re-order and receive.”

“The attachment arrived with loose grease fittings and one (1) was missing. The shipment was scheduled to be delivered after 5 pm, luckily my husband was home before 5 and was able to accept the shipment. The driver called with 10 minutes' notice, well before 5 PM.”

“The class 1 trailer hitch I purchase appears to be just what I needed. Time will tell once I get to use it. The only complaint I got is that on just about all the items I have purchase thus far, packaging needs to be improved. It doesn’t matter who delivers, cardboard and flimsy crates do not protect these tractor implements during transit. If the packaging was improved to better protect the items, I think it would limit damage and missing pcs… thanks…”

“It's a bummer that after waiting so long for the backboarded pipe layer that it came in damaged and that I didn't have complete bolt sets on the Trencher but I will say that the correspondence from Titan has been exceptional and am looking forward to doing business in the future. And I will say that it's started with Javier my 1st correspondence.”

“I am well pleased with the quality of the implements that I purchased, as well as the response time from the Titan company. I received everything within less than a week, (except for one part that was delayed by FedEx. Overall, I was very well pleased with my experience with Titan and will definitely do business with them again in the near future.”

“The shipping company, FedEx had to call me and I had to pickup shipment myself. The box it came in was totally destroyed and parts were falling out. As far as I can tell so far nothing is missing.”

“Good value for the functionality. Packaging wasn't great...the steel was protruding through the box when I received it, with the powdercoat worn off the hitch area...not a huge deal, but... The 2" receiver is a bit crooked, but again, it'll work for what I need. Better fixturing during production would easily solve this. All-in-all, I couldn't beat it for the price, even if I fabricated it myself.”

“Had to go with 4 stars. Took over three weeks to ship items, I live in WI and tracking said shipment went to Michigan and out for local delivery that took two weeks. Made phone calls to titan, shipping company and told your order is out for delivery. No phone calls to schedule a drop off time, got home from work and young kid unloaded the 900 lbs crate all by himself. Anyway, very poor over site from titan attachments, I don’t place blame on the shipping company. Order a titan attachment via Amazon due to the price was better, Amazon got the job done and no BS. Not sure if I’d order direct from titan attachments again due to the shipping nightmare, great product and happy with my pallet fork and snow pusher. Just a headache after item(a) are shipped.”

“Good designs, poor quality control. Welds interfere with bucket blade. Just sloppy in obvious places. Also prices jump up and down a lot. Seems like marketing shenanigans.”
