“Overall very happy with the entire process but I did have a few difficulties. When trying to use the web for ordering, my address could not be located. In addition, there was no way to add my Ag exemption without a phone call. My biggest disappointment came with the delivery. My order was shipped with 2 separate deliveries. This would have been fine if I had been told this, instead it created a lot of anxiety. I do not want to minimize the great service and excellent product that I received. That's really what counts in the end.”

“Quality equipment, great service. Only gripe was that they shipped forks missing one pin. Had to obtain a pin from eBay of all places! However, Titan sent me the link to the eBay site and were quick to reimburse.”

“The product looks great but on delivery driver had to have me at the house to unload. I did not think it needed to be that way they were supposed to be a liftgate or something.”

“Exactly what I ordered, along with the free shipping which is a plus. Few scuff marks and chipping on the paint. Welds looked pretty good. Packaging (cardboard box) was ripped in several places. Would have like to seen the top center pin wrapped up with the two lower pins and the lift door wrapped together to help insure not getting lost in transit. All In all. Good product an would/will buy from again.”

“3 point blade was as expected. Liked the large fastener use for blade pivot point. Would be more effective to have way to prevent nut from loosening. I Expected wooden pallet… received metal fabrication. Not as easy to recycle or reuse.”

“Quick turnaround. I would have given a top rating had the unit not been missing a lift pin, keeper pin and a bent, thread-damaged 10mm mounting bolt (3 large gashes in the shipping box). I can't use the plow yet as replacement parts are a week out. The one lift pin supplied has a 20mm threaded nut welded inside the frame so I couldn't substitute standard ANSI lift pins I had on hand.”

“I am very happy with the pallet forks I purchased, however, I was disappointed that the agent handling my order could not apply the 5% discount - WKD5-KVC292QR97QK. When I accessed the Titan webpage, I received a 5% discount offer. I failed to notify the agent at the time I placed the order, but I immediately called back the agent but his response was "since the order has been placed the discount cannot be applied. Would you please apply this discount to my order? Thanks, Bill Meinhart”

“Built great, the main problem with it is the quick connects not turned so when opening up it busted top line so had to have hose repaired and buy elbows to route out of the way and I also am going to have to fabricat a holder for hydrologic lines to keep them out of the way of getting pinched in the machine.”

“I finally got the attachment. Hooked it up. It work's. I do wish the jaws opened wider. But all in all it's already saved me time and back work. Moving brush and limbs around and loading them in my dump trailer.”

“Attachment is awesome but the shipping company did not notify me at all. Someone at my house answered the door and they put attachment in front of my garage door. Would not wait 10 minutes more. Very inconvenient when my tractor is not there. Wanted it in my truck bed.”

“The category 2 tow ball hitch is very heavy and well made. The shipping box is not and was severely coming apart when the hitch arrived. No matter and thr hitch is impressive.”

“Great attachments, really well built. Make sure you are 100% sure of what you want before you order. I tried to change my order about 10 minutes after I placed it and was too late, although the attachments didn't ship for a couple of days.”
