“Overall, I like the quality and versatility of the forklift attachment for my tractor - and the price is great compared to other brands. The only snafu I experinced was due to a shipping issue. The attachment came in 2 shipments; 1 for the forks and the 2nd for the frame. The forks arrived much quicker than expected, but there was a shipping issue with the frame. I called Titan to see if they could help resolve it, and even though I did not get the shipping insurance, they did send a replacement - which was great. Though, I was warned that I should get the shipping insurance next time.”

“Well built product, base plate is much heavier than expected. 32” spears attach tight and bevel fit along with beveled nut make excellent connection to base plate. Shipping was excellent, to the door service. When ordered site stated back ordered with a much later ship date but received within 5 days.”

“I have an open request with Titan regarding a 39” hay frame attachment I purchased, which was supposed to come with 43” hay bale spears. The spears are advertised as having 43” of usable length, as shown in the item’s image (measured from the front of the frame). This is a simple issue and should be easy to fix—just send the correct spears to resolve the problem. However, after a week and a half, five emails, and four phone calls, they sent another set of incorrect spears, which I now have to repack and return—at the cost of my time and fuel. Either no one is available to take my call (I’ve been hung up on after 20 minutes on hold, twice) or no one is available to respond to emails due to "abnormally high email and call volume", yet I placed my order a full two weeks before Black Friday. I wish I had just paid a bit more and dealt with a different company. I'm trying to spend money (I run a large hay business), but the atrocious customer support is a problem. Case numbers: 2323685 and 2321883 (there are two case numbers for the same issue)”

“This piece of equipment was a game-changer! My husband's time to switch out implements went from 30 minutes to an hour to about 5 minutes. He was able to put out two round bales and drop the implement in less time than it would take to install the old piece. Very good, and Titan was very timely in delivery!”

“Attachments are heavily built. They work well for farm and forestry use, loading logs and moving everyday items on the farm. Forks are easily removed and bale spear can go on the frame quickly for fast change over between jobs. Over all pretty happy with them shipping was quick for large items and easy to deal with.”

“Delivery for this item was difficult to arrange and it came on a broken pallet with scuffs and scratches all down the attachment. Looks like it was dropped or dragged. Nothing was broken but cosmetically messed up. There was also a ziplock bag taped to it with nothing inside. Customer service from Titan didn’t seem to care. Wouldn’t order from here again.”

“The forks are well made and solid. Adjusting width is simple enough and the back top bar is useful not only in protecting the from of my Massey but also to use when strapping items down. I didn't realize how much I'd use them and how they have helped get the yard more organized. Now I've got forks my 3 point attachments Tiller, blade, rake are all on pallets and easier to store for the winter. They have become my most used attachment.”

“Received the pallet forks/ bale spear attachment. Put the forks on and used it a little bit. Have not needed the bale spear yet, but looks like it will work great. The only thing that I would have liked to have seen is somewhere on the attachment to keep the bale spears. Otherwise great product and good price.”

“This is an amazing tool! So far I have uprooted over 5 stumps in just a short period of time! I also created some drainage paths on our dirt road so that the road does not hold water. This is an amazing tool! 10 Stars!”
