“I bought the pro series pallet fork attachment with the 60" forks. I may eventually buy the 48" forks for it as well. The 60" forks are a bit long for most stuff I tend to lift. Howeber, they are better for some more bulky items. So far, they have worked well. The fit and finish was good, they were easy to install and with the hook and pin system on my John Deere tractor, it is quick and easy to change back to the blade or other attachments.”
“My frame doesnt fit my tractor mount. Titan gave me permission to cut off and relocate or grind my pins so they will fit onto my tractor mount. I asked for them to just send me a replacement that would actually fit my tractor, that was denied. Then I had to send measuremments from the mast you sent me, which your team then admitted you placed the pins incorrectly. Then you said that all of your inventory would be the same as what I already had and would need modifcation. I would have thought you could make the repairs on one of the frames you have in stock and send that to me, I guess that wasnt an option either. Bottom line, you gave me a small credit to make the modifications myself, which of course you thought was more than fair, I disagreed and asked for more, and was told you couldnt give me more. I haven't had time to make the modifications as of yet, but I'm dissapointed with your customer service and less than impressed with your solution to my problem.”
