“Missing parts on arrival, hydraulic fittings loose at connections, quick connect fittings leaking at face. I have other attachments from Titan that are good, disappointed in this one.”

“Not knowing what I needed, I spoke with the sales staff to try to find the right part for my tractor. The sales staff rushed to recommend a part that wound up being the wrong one. When I inquired about returning the part and then ordering the correct part, I was told I could do that but I would have to pay for return shipping. The return shipping would have cost me as much as the part itself cost so I instead had to sell the part at a reduced amount to minimize the money I lost.”
