“Easy to weld the sleeves on to my existing Titan fork/spear frame, so now I have 3 spears to better maneuver my giant round balls - the existing small stabilizer spears weren't adequate for my needs, so these smaller 39" spears will serve that purpose instead.”

“I purchased the standard USA made frame and forks due to the lower weight, affordable price, and presumed higher build quality. While it does seem like a sturdy attachment, the assumption it would be higher quality turned out to be wrong. The paint is very thin and was likely already chipping prior to shipping because some of the spots are where they couldn’t have been damaged during shipping. The frame and forks arrived separately and unpackaged with no signature required so I could not refuse delivery as they just left them in my driveway. This resulted in significant cosmetic damage during shipping. At first customer service responded quickly and offered a 10% partial reimbursement. But soon after I discovered this was less than others got and the agent attempted to shift the blame to me for not purchasing shipping insurance on my end. Don’t fall for that scam, it is the responsibility of the retailer and its shipping contractor to ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage and safe shipment. Not the purchaser. After this poor customer service experience, poor build quality, and poor shipping experience I have decided I will not be patronizing Titan any more.”
