“Price on attachment excellent. Packaging could have been better. Bearing on one side needed to be put back together. Notification on shipment never happened. Trying to talk with someone about shipment near impossible. Equipment seems good waiting on weather to try. Support services need to be improved.”

“I purchased your extreme grapple, that I ordered by phone! The experience was nothing short of outstanding and extremely satisfying. The transaction was smooth and I was informed that I qualified for a few reductions in price, that were not offered on line! Now to get to the real reason I am writing this review is because the above mentioned grapple is with out a doubt the most over manufacture, thick steel I have seen! You really have to go to extreme abuse to damage this! I highly recommend this item!”

“Very well built. Hoses are protected and out of the way. Rams and fittings are out of debris path and fit outside of the loader arms. Very happy with this unit.”

“The stump bucket itself is a nice unit at a good price. A little more attention to the shipping crate and hardware could have earned you 5 stars. The bucket arrived loose in the delivery truck and pieces of the crate were laying on the bucket with all the bolts missing. Lock nuts would have avoided this issue.”
