“The top sprocket was not included in the shipment and when I called I was told it was on back order with no eta. This was very frustrating since I had hay ready to be put up. When the part finally came it was disassembled with no instructions on how to assemble or install. I am not satisfied with the treatment and would like to be contacted as to how to repair this. “This machine replaces a much smaller, electric-powered chipper and lived up to its billing after one day of use. It did have some minor shipping damage, which Titan addressed very satisfactorily. I found their customer service group most pleasant to deal with. I also had a small issue with the supplied PTO shaft that suffered from insufficient quality control during manufacture but was easily fixed after a few file strokes, once the problem was diagnosed. (Burrs left on the spline grooves after the push-pin bore was cut wouldn't allow the shaft to fully slide on to either the chipper or the tractor PTO .) While setting up the chipper for use on my JD 4520 CUT, I discovered one other problem: I had to adjust the lift links on the 3-point hitch arms downward several inches to be able to set the chipper fully on the ground for use. While the chipper still had about three inches to go, I realized the angle of the PTO shaft appeared to be excessive and would be getting more so by the time the bottom of the chipper reached the ground. (I measured it at about 18 deg., when 16 deg appears to be the maximum recommended angle for safe operation.) I made two skids from a 6" X 6" timber and permanently lag-bolted them to the bottoms of the rails, resulting in a measured angle now of 8 deg. with the chipper fully down on the added skids. The chipper's flywheel is very balanced and operates with a nearly imperceptable vibration. While during my first hours of operation, I didn't have any material to grind that tested the ultimate capacity of the machine, much of what I did have was very hard material no larger than about 2 1/2", and the machine tore right through it having no perceptable effect on the tractor's RPM, which is rated 45 HP at the PTO shaft. I experienced no clogging and was able to direct the chips precisely into the small trailer I tow behind my 4-wheeler. I thought the shipper did a great job, delivering the machine a day earlier than the initial estimate and kept me apprised of its progress. Aside from the many mostly positive reviews on this product and my previous Titan product purchases, one of the biggest factors that sold me on this particular implement was the video on Titan's website of the product in use. Also, the machine is very simple and will be easy to maintain and repair. But do follow the instructions carefully regarding adjustment of the ledger blade.”
“The bale tune seems to be very strong compared to others that I’ve had and broke. Was a bit surprised how titan painted over rust Thought they would have cleaned it up before painting it but so far that’s my only complaint”
“The product seems to be a great piece of equipment. I’ve only used it twice so far. Only problem I had was email and lack of emails. I purchased it by calling Titan and I started receiving emails. One gave me a delivery date but no invoice of what I paid or part number. The next emails told me of projected delivery date. Never said anything about two shipping dates. Once I knew that it went great. I had to call the company to get price, model number, or specs on it. Nothing told me what size the nuts are that attaches the spear. I know they will come lose and need new ones. Never saw a lock washer to keep it from happening.”

“Shop elsewhere. I am a repeat customer, but I will never make another purchase. After-sales support and warranty don't exist. Zero attempt to make things right. Just look at their 58% Facebook rating; it speaks volumes. Weak sides on the mast where the upper fork attaches (can't recommend using the outermost setting). The second use, the upper portion bent, from "misuse"(according to Titan "fitness"), moving a pallet well within their 4k rating. Dangers and a liability. Will never recommend this brand. I am now unable to use the outermost settings and don't trust the product at this point. It is still shiny and has shipping labels on it. Been in construction for almost 20 years. I don't "misuse" my personal items I invest in. As a side note, was told it would ship same day, from one state away. Over one week later it arrived and not due to the shipper..”
“Package arrived via FedEX. Cardboard box was somewhat damaged, but packaging inside box was sufficient to not damage product. Arrived relatively quickly, I think about 2 days. hay spikes (2) arrived packaged separately from frame and both were as I expected them.”
