“I ordered a forklift three piece attachment for my Kabota tractor. The forks came in timely but my base that attaches to the tractor .FedEx lost my order. I called about my item being missing. I spoke to a nice young lady on Monday Wednesday I got an email Showing a delivery of a new base plate that I was missing. It arrived timely I would like to give your team a thumbs up on receiving my order I’ve used it and love it I would highly recommend this item to anyone .Ash Hart.”

“Standard duty pallet forks seem very Stoughton and well built.. was shipping problem originally and I recieved the wrong part. It was quickly resolved. I did not especially like that the customer service us overseas. I think customer service should be stateside for Americans. America first. Great product, great price, fixed shipping issue quickly.”

“The people I dealt with at Titan were wonderful ! The trucking company that delivered the attachments showed up unannounced. It worked out ok as I was available with a forklift, but I was told that T-force would schedule the delivery to ensure no hiccups occurred. Sincerely, Paul”

“The overall quality of the item is good. It Got delivered slightly bent and the Titan logo was severely scratched. I was out of town when it got delivered but I do believe this happened during shipment. I will have to drill two holes and put screws to force the bar to stay at the rear so the needles will work properly. Easy fix and will be happy with this product. I was hoping the Orange matched Kubota orange but it is not that big a deal as I could always paint it. I will buy more Titan Attachments as this was my test run and first item from them.”
