“Marketing is aggressive but a bit misleading. Once you open up the link to a 10% savings, the code to get the 5-10% additional discount does not apply because they state the item is already discounted. That’s the reason I gave them only 4 stars instead of 5. On a positive note, the item fits nice and snug and the shipping was quick and the communication on the status of the order was good.”

“It is well made and will do the job. Welds are good and the steel is thick walled. The pins that lock the forks in place seem weak, but they aren’t even necessary for my day to day work. This is a good value and shipping was fast.”

“Purchase process was easy. The shipper lost my pallet fork attachment and Titan sent a replacement. Be sure to opt in for shipping insurance. My only complaint would be that when the Fdx lost my attachment and I called both the shipper and Titan to try to get it resolved I was told by both companys that I would be called back. After a day or 2 of no call backs I got the email from Titan that my new shipment was being processed and sent. If you tell someone you will call them back, call them back.”

“The log splitter is perfect. However, while it arrived nicely packaged, it came with no instructions for assembly. And you would think for the price we paid, the oil‘s and lubricants needed to start it would have been included. Purchasing the machine was easy, and we received exactly what we ordered.”
