“We received our new 7' box blade and looking forward to using it. FedEx delivery was smooth - except for a small timing issue. FedEx site said by 9pm - and neither FedEx or Titan mentioned anything about a 30-min lead time phone call from FedEx. Fortunately, that day was pretty flexible for us and we took delivery late morning. One last issue - some assembly was required for the 3-point hitch, yet no instructions or online references were included. Installation required a large socket (1-1/4"?) and a torque wrench (fortunately I had these), but again no list of tools needed or assembly details. Steel shipping frame was solid and no apparent shipping blems. Again, looking forward to getting it in the dirt soon! Thanks!”

“The product is great but in the mishandling of FEDEX the box was crushed, the bands were broken, the heavy duty plastic wrap was ripped and because of that I’m missing one of the two bolts to hold plow blade on (paint is all beat up (which is not a big deal). I did not get a picture of it as I was out of town and thought my wife took pictures of the destroyed package.”

“Attachment good, shipping not so much. I made a decision to buy a Titan ballast box for my John Deere instead of OEM mainly based on price. After all, it’s just a steel box designed to hold something heavy. The ordering process was smooth and communication was great. When my ballast box arrived, one of the 3 pt attach points on the side was bent inwards so far that the attachment was unusable. I don’t know if it was shipping damage or a manufacturing defect to be honest, but I assumed it was from shipping since these attach points are not protected during shipment. Customer service was very helpful and I have no issue with the service they provided. I was however advised that I could have been stuck with the damage since I had not added shipping insurance to my order. To be clear, they did take care of my problem, but that statement didn’t sit right with me. Seems to me the seller should package merchandise well enough to withstand transit and should probably insure it themselves. As a customer you should be able to minimally expect a product delivered without damage. They issued a return authorization and emailed a return shipping label. The replacement shipment encountered a problem and was stuck in one place for almost a week. When it did arrive, the box was torn and missing in places. The ballast box itself was scratched in multiple places and had other minor damage. I decided to keep it as it was certainly usable and it is a ballast box after all. Without me asking, they did offer a small discount due to the damage. $32 actually. Not overly impressive, but better than nothing since I would have kept it anyway. If I was to do it again, I would likely just spend the extra money on the OEM version to not have the hassle, have one that is not damaged or scratched, would have the proper pin size for the John Deere iHitch and would actually be John Deere green. Although functionality they would be the same.”

“Everything great except the 75.00 shipping charged on invoice didn't need tommy lift because I have the skid steer thats what the forks are for was not given option to opt out of tommy lift everything else I have bought and delivered by truck always gave me that option feel a little taken advantage of but hey if thats the worst thing that happens for the rest of this year It will be alright Happy Thanksgiving.”

“Titan 60" ADJUSTABLE DISC BEDDER, CATEGORY 1, 3 POINT QUICK HITCH COMPATIBLE: One of the wielded Bolt insertion pieces was at an angle & not allowing the Screw to fully engage the shaft holding the Disk. When the bolt is fully tightened, the threading portion of the bolt is chewed up by the Steel wielding piece. Bolt is cocked at an angle not straight as the other Bolt holders on the Brackets that attach the Disk shaft to the toolbar. I just think the bolt will eventually lose its threads and further loosen its tightening ability to hold the Disk and may loosen during operation. Will have to keep plenty of bolts on hand to keep this unit operational, which is not what I am buying this for. Contionionus tightening of bolt to hold disk height in place while making beds & hilling. Outside this one issue, I will enjoy using the bed Hiller this spring. Good shipping job.”

“Adapter seems well built, welds look good. When I called titan and gave them the model number of my tractor loader (John deere 553 loader on a 5055e tractor) they said I needed the hook and pin style, when it is a global style. So make sure you know what you need. Other than that it shipped quickly and arrived in 3 days.”

“I like the pallet forks. What I didn't like is the welded parts look like they are pieces of scraps found lying around and made to work. The gusset should have been an angular piece providing much greater support. The forks will work, just a little disappointed in the design.”

“The attachment has two pin bolts one on each side however the locking holes for the pins on both sides are angled so I can't put a pin in it to lock it on. So I started to take it upon myself to try to fix it rather than take pictures and go through sending it back & wait for another one.”

“Really pleased with my grapple, the only thing I wish I would have done differently is bought a smaller grapple. The 72 inch HD root grapple is a little too much for my tractor.”

“The Grapple bucket arrived a day late but was in excellent condition. Had to install a hydraulic outlet splitter so I haven't had a chance to use it yet. It looks sturdy and well-made. I hope it works as well as I am expecting it to.”

“Ordered the Clamp-On Debris Fork 48" to help in pushing orchard brush to the burn pile. After receiving a message that it would be delayed due to shipping damage, I received the replacement forks in fine condition. They fit nicely on the bucket but havent used them yet, but are very sturdy looking and heavy.”
