Con: I was surprised when Pallet forks got delivered they were not wrapped or protected in anyway lots of scratches and fully removed paint with bare metal. That was disappointing.”

“We live in Asheville NC, after the hurican hit us we needed a fork lift attachement to clear the brush and trees in our property, we order the attachement. the freight company lost the first shipment and Titen replace it with no question ask. customer service was great and helpfull, we recieve the attachement and very please with the queality. “Well, I haven't used it, yet. I was impressed by how fast I got the forks, right away. That had a tracking number that worked, but when it came to the backorder of the frame, I didn't get a notification or tracking number to let me know when it was coming. The truck driver had my phone #, but didn't let me know when or where I wanted it dropped off. I was not impressed with the last part of the order. I wish I could of had a tracking number so I would of had an idea when it was going to be delivered. Otherwise the product looks good , just disappointed in the delivery. Still wondering why I didn't get a second tracking number, because it was two separate shipments.”

“3 Point to quick hitch adapter: Heavily built, but has design flaws. Depending on direction of load on mounted quick hitch attachment, the attachment falls off. Bottom of unit has approximately 0.75" clearance (enough to allow springs to be compressed and top to unlatch). Very unsafe. Latch handles are not bent at the correct angle and hit adjacent weldment (functional but poor design).”
“So far not happy at all. Item showed up and didn’t fit at all. Tried calling and the people on the phone couldn’t help me at all. Then it went to someone else that I have been email back and forth but now his email box is full. Right now I just want my money back. It’s truly unreal how long this is taken.”
