“Overall, I like the quality and versatility of the forklift attachment for my tractor - and the price is great compared to other brands. The only snafu I experinced was due to a shipping issue.
The attachment came in 2 shipments; 1 for the forks and the 2nd for the frame. The forks arrived much quicker than expected, but there was a shipping issue with the frame. I called Titan to see if they could help resolve it, and even though I did not get the shipping insurance, they did send a replacement - which was great. Though, I was warned that I should get the shipping insurance next time.”

“Well built product, base plate is much heavier than expected. 32” spears attach tight and bevel fit along with beveled nut make excellent connection to base plate. Shipping was excellent, to the door service. When ordered site stated back ordered with a much later ship date but received within 5 days.”
“I have an open request with Titan regarding a 39” hay frame attachment I purchased, which was supposed to come with 43” hay bale spears. The spears are advertised as having 43” of usable length, as shown in the item’s image (measured from the front of the frame). This is a simple issue and should be easy to fix—just send the correct spears to resolve the problem.
However, after a week and a half, five emails, and four phone calls, they sent another set of incorrect spears, which I now have to repack and return—at the cost of my time and fuel. Either no one is available to take my call (I’ve been hung up on after 20 minutes on hold, twice) or no one is available to respond to emails due to "abnormally high email and call volume", yet I placed my order a full two weeks before Black Friday.
I wish I had just paid a bit more and dealt with a different company. I'm trying to spend money (I run a large hay business), but the atrocious customer support is a problem.

He was able to put out two round bales and drop the implement in less time than it would take to install the old piece. Very good, and Titan was very timely in delivery!”
