“Seems well built and so far has been very useful. I’m even able to use it like a double hay spear and carry two round bales at a time. There was a delay with UPS losing one of the spears, and although it was replaced after a few weeks, the representative told me that for future purchases I need to buy the insurance because they may not replace lost items the next time. I don’t know how an item that is shipped by the carrier of their choice, losing an item that comes with “free shipping” can possibly be the customer’s responsibility to insure. I think my seventh purchase from Titan has been my last, which is unfortunate because everything I’ve purchased to date has been a good value when considering cost to quality, and overall I have been pleased with the performance of their products. —Jay”

“The attachment was what I expected and was in good shape but does not work for picking up square bails I think it would only work on round bails. It does not work for what I need it for.”

“Solid and well built. Some shipping issues, but that was on FedEx, not Titan. Route was great to deal with as shipping insurance and quickly replaced lost item. No complaints with Titan product and their Customer service.”

“The first pallet fork frame wasn’t welded correctly and I called with my concerns and titan responded quickly and sent a replacement one promptly. The price was right but more importantly the customer service was priceless!”

“Really like the design and that its made in USA. The only thing that could be better is the paint. It has bare metal spots where the paint is gone. If I were producing this product it would be powder coated or at minimum have a good base primer and better paint. I like the fact it has hay spear and receiver hitch pocket. I really like this pallet fork attachment!”
