“Not knowing what I needed, I spoke with the sales staff to try to find the right part for my tractor. The sales staff rushed to recommend a part that wound up being the wrong one. When I inquired about returning the part and then ordering the correct part, I was told I could do that but I would have to pay for return shipping. The return shipping would have cost me as much as the part itself cost so I instead had to sell the part at a reduced amount to minimize the money I lost.”

“It’s heavy, it’s stout and hopefully I can install on my Case 580D backhoe. After receiving the thumb and researching instillation a little more I read my boom maybe ductile iron and not suitable for welding. I need to do more research before proceeding. Lesson learned.”
