“The stump remover sized to fit the JD 1023e tractor has been a good implement to compliment the attachments we already have for our John Deere (JD). It fits well and is a very heavy duty tool. Delivery was within the time frame stated when I ordered the item and the tracking application worked well as did the delivery service SAIA.”
“Titan Attachments has no problem taking money from customers while portraying a false service on their website. Their website should state there is a chance a customer will pay $112 for expedited shipping and receive zero expedited shipping. They advertised a service, took money for that service, and then kept the money when their company did not fulfill that service. We paid $112 for the attachment to arrive in 5-7 days. It didn’t arrive until 17 days later. I also contacted BBB for a refund on the expedited shipping fee and the company just said no, sorry we don’t guarantee shipping times. Then they shouldn’t advertise and take money for expedited shipping.
The quality of their product is good though.”
