“Decent quality attachments at fair prices. Shipping company (SAIA) is a joke. No call ahead, dropped off bucket with random metal angle contraption on it. Sent heads up email to Titan and got a "we're super sorry" as a response.”

“I ordered two quick hitch attachments for my tractors. They were both shipped on the same date; however, one arrived at my home approximately one week before the other. In addition, one was in good shape, boxed up securely, while the box of the one that arrived late was almost destroyed, causing scuff marks and cosmetic damage to the hitch. When I spoke with Titan, I was reminded that I did not purchase the additional insurance for shipping, which leaves me with a damaged product and no fix. Titan offered me a 10% refund, but I would have preferred to just receive the undamaged product that I ordered.”
“I paid the extra money for the US made version of this item. Unfortunately, I had to spend about an hour grinding to make it fit the quick release system on my tractor. I do have four other Titan attachments that all fit fine, but for whatever reason this one did not fit, and I didn’t want go through the hassle of returning it, so I put the time in to grind reliefs in the slots where the two pins drop into the attachment. Once I got it to fit up properly, the bucket worked very well.”
