“I believe my adapter attachment is a very good product. I believe the transportation company was the one that damaged my attachment. Something occurred . The paint was scratched and metal was roughed up. There was a missing bolt between the handle and the spring loaded latch. The latch was hidden at one end of the package. The cardboard that should have protected the attachment was torn and misplaced. I sent off pictures of my attachment to the consumer product division. I am fairly sure this will be addressed. My guess is the attachment was dropped or at least mishandled in transport.”

“unit works great, although several of the assembly bolts were loose, one of the caster wheels kept falling off and one of the hydrollic lines was loose, backed off and blew hydrolic oil everywhere. other than that it works great.”
“My experience with Titan Attachments has been horrible. I ordered Pallet Forks and Frame for my sub-compact tractor that has standard quick attach compatability. The pallet frame did not fit and was clearly not to standard quick attach measurements. I contacted product support and placed a warranty claim. It took 2 days to get a response. After sending pictures it took another day before they asked for measurements. After sending measurements they stated it was within their tolerance range. Instead they have suggested the issue is with my equipment.
I do my homework when making purchases like this. I checked reviews and saw many satisfied customers. Including customers with the same tractor who have made this purchse. I am glad they had a positive experience. I have had the complete opposite. A product that clearly is defective and an unwillingness to correct the issue. Will not buy from them again!”

Order Process was fantastic.
Delivery was even better.
The product construction quality is good for the price point.
However, we tried to remove the bristle segments and they will not budge. It seems there was an issue in the manufacturing process and the bristle base are too large to fit in the bristle channel. These are made of hard rubber and they could not be removed even with a 5lb sledge hammer. I don't see us being able to replace these when they wear becase they are absolutely crammed in with no budging whatsoever.”

“Received the middle buster. The box had several holes in it where the tool had moved around in shipment and punched through. One locknut and one washer was loose in the box. The other was missing. It probably was lost through one of the holes in the box. I purchased another locknut and washer. When I tried to put the plow on the body, the bolts are too long. I will make another trip to town tomorrow to purchase the proper length bolts.”
“Works very well. Wish you made a 3 point grubber. Would work great with hydraulic cylinder placing less strain on front axle and make it easier to place grabber on tree”
