“equipment showed up in insuffisient crating , crating to light of material for the equipment , crating was busted open in several areas . once we removed equipment from crating found it was put together wrong, and a bracket was damaged , instructions were poor and pictures did not dictate equipment involved.”

“The cheap shipping box was falling apart when it was delivered and at least one assembly bolt fell out of box as I was moving it. I have not tried to assemble the device yet so I don’t know if all the parts are even in the box!!”

“I had a difficult time getting my wood splitter attached to my quick attachment. The bottom plate was bent in the lower left hand side. After bending it back I was able, not without difficulty, get the wood splitter attached. Also the nuts on the top of the push plate were loose and I had to tighten those.
I also had to pick the splitter up at the freight terminal. It was supposed to have been delivered and a time was given as to when it was to be delivered but it never came. The next day I got a call from the shipping company saying that it could not be delivered until the following day. So I went to the terminal and picked it up.”
