“Product came in with zero packaging and had chipped paint on nearly every corner. The resolution I was offered was a refund of $18.99. After pushing and prodding and lots of back and forth I was offered $30, and then finally settled on $40. I felt $40 was innappropriate but felt like I was left no other reasonable option. Zero packaging followed up by terrible customer service. At least take some ownership for the lack of packaging and improve for the future.”

“All of the attachments were easy to incorporate into our existing equipment. Planning on ordering an additional pallet, fork frame attachment, solely for the use of the pallet forks and leave the hay spears attached on the other one.”

“This hay spear is exactly what I needed. The quality of the attachment is fantastic. The attachment fit my tractor as it should and is exactly as described. The added reciever hitch and the ability to switch to forklift forks is an added feature that will surely come in handy in the near future.”

“Built like a tank. Just watch the hyd hoses, the way they are routed they can get pinched between tilt cylinder and mounting plate, at least on a JD 325G.”

“Titan attachment shipped this stump grinder to me I noticed it was leaking hydraulic fluid while still in the shipping crate. This equipment is advertised as made in America, quality equipment, so I thought it would be no problem to resolve this issue. Two weeks later I have gotten emails asking me why is it leaking I've repetitively said, I don't know I'm not a mechanic I understand that sometimes things happen, but I'm very disappointed in the willingness of this company to resolve this issue. Please resolve this problem for me! I have jobs that I need this equipment to complete.”

“Functions like a snow plow more than anything. Because it has springs that keep the bottom down. When you push up against a pile of gravel, the blade leans forward because of the springs. Does not push gravel. Not stiff blade like a dozer.”
