“One of the front wheels broke during the first hour of use. It was replaced under warranty in about a week. This was a pretty easy process. Next the safety chains broke twice, finally went and bought some good quality chain and replaced it. The center blade came loose and I had to tighten that up too. I will be seeking a service manual soon, if one is available.”

“I looked at different Flail Mowers read all reviews and compared prices. The 65" I was interested in was on Sale so I bought it. The customer Rep was very helpful and to my surprise it came in 2 days later. I had a friend to come over and help put it together which was very easy. after a couple of adjustments it was working fine. Only was able to use it once since bought. J Payne”

“I know the dump cart was listed as scratch and dent, but the cart was literally cracked in multiple places, and hardware was missing. I was expecting some cosmetic damage, like actual scratches and dents, not damage that affect the usability of the cart. Had I realized it would be this bad beforehand I would not have purchased.”

Please be advised that items sold under “scratch and dent” condition may include cosmetic damage, chipped powder coat, and in some cases missing hardware. In most instances, missing hardware refers to standard bolts that can be easily sourced locally, and the item is intended to remain fully functional.
