“The product itself appears to be well built. The issue I had and reason for 3 stars is because of the shipping. The order went thru and I recieved the fork frame rather quickley. ONE of the forks came a few days later. Waiting for the second fork got to the point where I was going to return the product for a refund, but I think Titan reordered the second fork and it finally cme a couple weeks later.”

“I should have bought this years ago, what a work saver!!! Very heavy duty, put right to the test on the first week 2000+ pound rocks picked up with the grapple, a downed tree with 18" trunk picked up and dragged away severely off center without a problem... I'm impressed.”

“BUYER BEWARE. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Paid for a brand new pro series pallet fork and I received it damaged. Bent enough that it warrants fixing or asking for a refund. Paid $960 for damaged goods. They either give me a $90 refund( 10% of total) or a $115 (20% of “itemized price”). Will cost more than this to get it fixed. Won’t cover it under warranty or insurance or anything. They admit it happened during shipping and they told me I should have insured it. Turns out you can just pin the blame on the customer. This company does not stand behind their products and customer service is terrible. I will make sure I tell anybody I can to avoid these guys.”

“Well made. The forks fit The frame fine for the first two inner notches, but the outer two notches would not slide into position. Too tight! Suggestion: Before shipping, make sure items work well together.”

“The Fork Lift attachment to my John Deere tractor fit perfectly. There is some difficulty in sliding forks wider or narrower but I can live with this as they are not sloppy and dangerous.”

“I think I was lucky to find this quality for the price I haven't used it yet , but it's on the machine . I like the sq hitch connection , my trailer sizes fit it . I think it will be better than torching a hole at the end of the forks. It going to be solid handling I'm sure , Looking forward to it with the pontoon boat”
