“The purchasing and shipping was smooth. Sadly, the attachment suggested to work on my tractor was wrong. I was able to ship it back to them rather quickly. Now the problems have started. They received my return on 9/29/25. It is now 10/15/25 and I have yet to receive a refund (which 20% restocking fee is a joke too, but that is a different story and it is posted on their site). When I message/call they tell me they need another 7-10 days to solve this issue with my return. Well, their site says returns will be settled with in 5 to 7 days after they receive the return. I don't think so, considering it has been 16 days already.”

“Bought 48 inch adjustable flail mowers. Assembly was more than I expected. It is really a two person job. Since I didnt have help, it took almost four hours. Two people could do it in less than two hours. I do have one MAJOR issue. The stands used to hold the three point hookup off the ground, when detached, will not fit. The brackets are too small for the stands to go in. I will either have to fabricate new brackets or new stands. Additional cost not anticipated.”

“Seems solid but the pins going through main arm keep slipping out and I have to ensure I hammer then back in. Should be a way that these stay in place. In addition, my 60 HP seems almost too much as the down function is almost uncontrollable. Any info would be appreciated.”

“So far good, only worked it for about 8 hours. But we have hard packed clay and so far it cuts a ditch ok and blades good. I’m still learning it and learning how to best build our road. Seems to well built and they deliver on time as they said they would.”
