“I purchased a mini skid flail mower and a land leveler. The flail mower experience overall was good because it was delivered freight. The land leveler experience was poor. Half of the first shipment was damaged by FedEx in route and returned directly to Titan. Customer service then informed me that if I had bought their shipping insurance I would be covered, but since I didn’t buy it they weren’t sure if they could help. In the end, they acted as though they were doing me a favor by shipping a new piece to replace the one that never even made it to me. This “courtesy” was done with the “understanding that I would strongly consider purchasing insurance” next time. The replacement piece was also damaged by FedEx and missing hardware upon arrival due to poor packaging. All of this was after paying an additional $75 per item large handling fee, which makes their free shipping not so free. They did refund the money I spent to replace the missing hardware.”

“The shipping was a nighmare to get it . 3Weeks later also nowhere does it tell you it has to be welded together on the website I was expecting a nice box to show up but I got all flat steel plates I have to weld together .”

“I’m very disappointed at the on line description of the item I purchased. I went ahead and purchased the item on a vague description and now I am finding it’s impossible to return due to shipping cost exceeding the cost of the attachment I purchased. customer Service seems to be unable to assist me with returning the item using their shipping discount which I’m willing to pay.”
