“This bucket tears up the ground as expected. So much better than a hand shovel. More precise than the wide bucket that came with my skid steer. Excellent choice”

“I purchased pallet forks which shipped in three separate packages. Two out of three packages have been delivered, and FedEx has been unable to provide me with an update on the third piece for 10 days now. $700+ spent on pallet forks that I am currently unable to use thanks to Titan taking the cheap way out and breaking up the packages into three shipments. Save yourself the time and headache, and purchase products from a trusted seller.”

Hi! We’re very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience this shipping experience caused. We understand how disappointing it is to receive only part of your pallet forks and be unable to use the equipment while waiting on the remaining shipment. Upon checking, we confirmed that a replacement was issued for the shipment that was lost in transit. We sincerely apologize for the delay and the trouble this caused, and we appreciate your patience while we worked to get the missing piece replaced.

“The attachment is good quality and works well. The frieght took much longer than estimated and the tracking wasn't accurate, but once it got here I am using it to build my new garage.”

“Land leveler came in bent. Was packaged very poorly, basically wrapped in buble wrap for a 100+ pound item. Support asked me to get a local estimate to fix, which I did ($300), but they said it was too much. It would have been far less than the freight on sending out a replacement (which they offered as an option) and picking up the damaged item and sending it back. To swap out through them would have taken until mid september as they didn't have any in stock until then. I bought this in July. I ended up paying $150 to fix and they ultimely credited me back $82. I will not use this company again. They don't make any real effort to fix problems”

Hi! We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the Land Leveler and understand your frustration with the condition it arrived in and the time involved in resolving the issue. We did review the order and confirmed that a partial refund was issued toward the repair costs. We regret that the resolution did not meet your expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We’ll be sharing your concerns regarding packaging and the support process with our team.
