“My order was delivered promptly and accurately, however I ordered the wrong pallet forks frame. I am having a very difficult time getting someone to explain how to make the return so that I can order the correct frame. Please help.”

“this Item only fit one of my JD front attachments with out 2 hours of grinding, they did offer me a small rebate but not the expedited shipping I paid and I'm guessing not as much as what it would have cost to ship the return and a new one, it also took them 4 days to decide which was 4 days I could not use it or try to fix it to fit, they did not seem concerned to see what mods I had to make so future buyers did not experience the same issue. I did not return as I figuered the next one would be same way and the lag would have added a week or 2 more of not being able to use.”

“Shopping online in on the phone is easy. One thing to point out. If you shop online with their 0 interest credit, you will be charges a $75.00 handling fee. I had to cancel my order and buy by phone with a credit card so not to pay the handling fee. That was weird because they say free delivery. That to me was sketchy.The log grapple is great. I love it. It will handle some big logs.”
