“The flail mower does a fantastic job. It cuts more like a finish mower. It is way more manuverable than a brush hog! Very happy with my purchase. It was delivered within days. I am impressed with how heavy duty it is built.”

“The people I dealt with at Titan were all quite good. The people at the two shipping companies were good as well. Shipping seemed somewhat slow, and the snowblower arrived with a few scratches and a broken pallet. All in all I guess a reasonable experience. Thank you.”

“Accidentally ordered 2 of the same implement online. Immediately went in and cancelled the order. Got a response from the company that the order had already been processed and that I am now responsible for restock fee and cost to ship. Worst customer service ever!”

“While trying to contact customer service prior to the purchase and after the purchase, the wait time is over 40 minutes. My delivery window was between 8 AM and 3 PM. The stump grinder and the 6 foot snowblower were being delivered to a residential area. While the tractor trailer did have a liftgate, The truck would not fit down my driveway. A straight truck would have been able to deliver it to my house as I have a fairly long driveway. I did call the company the day before inquiring if the truck was going to have a liftgate, I should have asked what type of truck it would be. the metal crate for the stump grinder was intact with no issues. However, the metal crate for the snowblower was mangled extensively. I had to cut the metal apart instead of unbolting it in order to get the snowblower out of the crate. Only the protective shield on the drive shaft was damaged. Neither one of these products came with any owners manuals.”
