“I was a little disappointed that Titan does not offer a remote splitter for tractors that only have one rear remote. That being said it was not that hard to buy longer lines and route them from my third function valve for my grapple. Delivery went smoothly and There was no damage. Assembly is a little tricky if you have never cut A PTO shaft because the one that they sent is for a monster tractor I would assume and I had to cut 6 inches off. I did learn right away that there is a need to purchase extra sheer bolts because they break very easily While you are learning about the equipment. I was very disappointed after grinding 4 stumps to have the shearbolt cupler adapter apparently lose the zert fitting and the bearings came out making the shaft unusable. The quality of the implement seems to be pretty good the quality of the shaft sent with it may be not so much. Overall once you learn the nuances of using the grinder it does very well on pine and oak stumps.”

“You have no instructions with the attachment. It is extremly difficult going by the pictures. I watched a fewUTube videos and the ones in the video mentioned the exact same thing. No instructions with the product.”

“Super fast shipping, easy to order, product even came as described, and a great price. I would have given it 5 stars but the lock rods were installed backwards. Every time i tilt my grapple or bucket 90° it swings off. Just have to find time to fix it.”

“The panel attachment arrived quickly but had a flaw, one of the nuts for the adjusters was welded on off center and had to spend a half hour with a detail grinder to open up the hole. Otherwise is would not tighten up. The hook showed up almost a week later. Other than that seems well built.”

“I received the 46" pallet forks. They arrived and one of the forks must be bent. One fork sits over 2" higher than the other.”

“Everything arrived earlier than expected but what a pain to unpack. Trucking company stacked the heaviest item on top of another pallet so pallets were collapsed and busted up. All items were in good shape once untangled.”

“With the seeing of the add on the savings on a pallet fork for my tractor went ahead and ordered one for my tractor with the help from 3 Jeremy Jona and Austin of the people from customer support and ordered And received the product noticed that the pallet fork wasn’t not the right one that would work on my tractor Texted Amira Padeajas that was the one u ordered any told me there would b a 20 percent restocking fee and I have to pay the shipping cost to sent it back Then called customer support and talked to Austin he gave me the deminsions it was and finding out that it would not work on my tractor and finding out the cost of shipping it all back decided to keep and try to sell it on my one there should b more information on there products to confirm if the product would fit on what u have this is the last time ordering From this service. Thank U”

“First time I called to order Juan was of little help as he couldn't take a credit card info nor would he look at your scratch and dent list and barely got your product number from him for my tractor. Second time I called was better as I had all the information gleaned from the first call.”

“Very disappointed that the sale said it was $80 off and then charged $75 handling fee. When I bought the pallet forks they weighed much more and there was no handling charge. So your big sale saved me $5. I won't be buying another item from TITAN after being misled in this manner.”

“It seems to be durable and the right tool for my needs. Only concern was the shipping. Was not informed that it was shipped short incomplete until I received it and had to call your customer service center. Great response but should have been informed upfront Thank you”

“Titan products are great, but the pricing ogres are terrible. Everyone I know who purchases from Titan has been screwed by pricing. Twice, I've ordered a product that goes on sale a couple of days or even the next business day (late Saturday purchase that went on sale on Monday), and It makes me feel stupid. Then, I'm mad about the purchase before it even arrives. I think Titan would do itself a great service to shed its price-gouging reputation. Follow respected companies like Costco that will price match within a reasonable period, such as 30 days. Titan asks me to go above and beyond, which I'm happy to do as a good citizen when parts are missing from a delivery. In this situation, the chipper I ordered is missing the bolts and nuts from the chute, which means I am unable to use my product and need to drive an hour roundtrip to Lowes to buy the missing parts. And while Titan offered to reimburse costs, considering the items will probably be less than $10, I'm not likely to take the time to submit the claim. Again, I'm not upset about the missing parts, as mistakes happen, but it's especially rich when Titan doesn't provide the same treatment to its customers in return.”

“The fork attachment does not fit my John Deere 5065E tractor. I am a welder and can make it fit. I thought you should know. It is heavy duty and I like it.”

“Ordered a set of USA-made forks. Work as they should. Arrived with bare metal in a bunch of spots. Generally disappointed in a product when I need to paint it before I even use it.”
