I couldn't get the ratchet-style boomers to work in my application I had to go to Tractor Supply and purchase standard boomers but other than that it worked as advertised

Box is well made and arrived in a very timely manner however the shipping company FedEx had absolutely no regard and apparently dragged package along it's face side and severely scraped and scratched the box.i will be adding accessories and repainting it myself

Order and shipment went well, on time and packaged well. Assembly and adjustment were helped by online instructions but they lacked detail and use recommendations. String lines were thrown out regularly, and one holder no longer works, but two strings seem to do fine. Light duty on grass it operated as expected.

Normally, I give Titan 5 stars, but things seem to be slipping a bit. The shopping part was fine, but the follow through, not so much. The bolt on wheels had a broken grease fitting when they arrived due to poor packaging. They are way too heavy for a simple cardboard box - got banged around a lot. Customer service did a most excellent job of replacing it quickly. The landscape rake itself was fine, except for the fact that the bolts and lynch pins to attach it to the tractor were not included. Fortunately, all the other attachments I have ordered from Titan had those included and I was able to use them. Not necessarily a huge thing - just a downgrade from past experiences. Which brings me to the big reason for only 3 stars. All my past orders from Titan have been "free shipping" as is advertised. This time, I was charged a $75.00 freight fee. Since most of my attachments have come motor freight with no extra charge, I was not expecting this. I am thinking that you shouldn't advertise free shipping - or at least explain the limitations.

I needed an adapter to make my new auger fit my Bobcat. There are two types of adapters with opposite male and female ends. The one I needed was not in stock and there was expected time it would be in stock.

I have 4 Titan Attachments for my Boxer Skid Steer. I was disappointed with this last acquisition of a front hoe. There were 3 or 4 parts that did not have a grease fitting in the holes and they were not included with any of the other pieces. I needed to order them from Amazon which took three or four days to arrive. I cannot have respect for a company that does not have quality control in place to let this happen. I have not completed the rest of the assembly.

The box it was shipped in was all beat to hell and taped up repeatedly. Being that it was a cat one quick hitch. I thought it would fit my implements but the hooks are quite large and I had to invest another $50 for bushings. It would’ve been nice to know this upfront.

The only issue was on the top brackets for the 3-point hitch one is bent badly and now have to heat up with a torch up and bend back into place where it should be. this was not from Shipping this came from your factory like this.

The pallet forks are just what I expected. Thank you Titan! The downside, it took almost a full 2 weeks to finally get it and I had to drive to the local LTL hub to pick it up. If it wasn't for the shipping process Titan would have received 5 stars

The item I ordered is very good quality. It was as advertised. However when I ordered it said was in stock and shipping would be within 3 to 5 days. That was not the case. Turned out to be almost a month before I recieved the attach.ent. just need to be honest with custo.ers on delivery dates. I have ordered several other attachments from Titan and have had good customer service.
