“Everything came on different days the pallet fork frame in two days and the two 48" forks came on different days was sent an email to let me know each item was out for delivery Delivered to the house by FedEx Ground thumbs up”

“Titan itself was no problem. The shipping however was a problem. Shipping company communication was inaccurate. They told me the shipment was to arrive on Wednesday morning before 11:59. I drove 1.5 hours to be present to take delivery. Then they changed the time to 4 pm Wednesday. Again it never arrived. Then my email said the shipment was to arrive on Friday, 2 days later. I was about to drive home and then I finally got to talk to a person who said the crimper was on the truck headed my way. The delivery came on Thursday at 4:30 pm. I don't live at the farm so this was very inconvenient. Thank goodness I had a tractor to get the load off the truck because they had no way to do it. The metal framed shipping crate that the crimper sat in was all bent up from the shipping process. The crimper itself had paint scraped off in several places. Overall nothing that is a huge deal up certainly not a smooth shipping experience.”

“The Ballast Box works great. It was not protected very well in shipment (plastic wrap and a layer of cardboard), so the paint is scuffed off in several places. No doubt, I'll back into something one of these days, but you always want to put the first scratch on yourself.”

“Attachment,pallet forks, are great. Have used them to carry up to the limit,2500lbs, on my tractor. They were slightly bent,frame, upon arrival but only cosmetically. That was the shipper's rough treatment. Overall very pleased”

“Fork blades shipped separately. Email said all three parts were delivered when they were not. Confusing and led to time on the phone trying to straighten out the order. Otherwise, so far so good.”

“I am hooking the back hoe at this time. It looks like the pin that hooks the bucket on the arm is not the right pin? It needs a ear to hold the pin in for a bolt.”

“I ordered the medium duty pallet forks with stabilizer bar. Everything was great except one of the bolts that secure the bar to the fork was cross -threaded and broke trying to remove it.”

“I have had good experience with Titan attachments and have always been impressed with the fast free shipping. However, i am disappointed in my latest purchase of a skid steer tilt plate. The shipping was fast as always, but the product quality is not up to par. There is excessive play in the mechanism, and it seems like the construction is far too light to stand up to the the work expected of it. the plate flexes excessively in use and even binds up at times. I was working in light, sandy soil and even then it performed poorly.”

“Shipping was super fast, really like the quality of product I get from Titan. I didn’t want to put a review before getting some info from an admin but couldn’t get any response (probably from me not knowing where or who to talk to). The fork platform I received is great, works great, but was received with pant chipped and corrosion in spots. I do have pictures, don’t see a place to add them here.”

“They should at least put some packaging on the fork attachment came heavenly scraped with deep scratches all the way to the steel that will rust immediately they just put shipping labels on and ship it! So it gets all beat up on the way the forks really didn’t matter because they get beat up and scraped from use but it would have been to have a nice frame!”

“Delivery was super fast, three or four days. I'm impressed with the forks themselves but the mount welds are shallow, fast and generally ugly. I've welded at nuclear powerhouses from Seabrook to Hutchinson Island, if it stretches or breaks, I'll just fix it. Well worth the money. I'm happy.”

“Information on shipping was confusing. Ad said shipping was free and then I was charged $75 for shipping. Then I was getting conflicting emails with two different arrival dates. Then I received only half of the product one day and the other half the next day. I was never informed that the item was being sent in two different shipments. Very confusing! Product is great 👍”
