“Boxes beat up in transit but items intact”

“Titan service was good but, the shipping was pitiful! It took at least three weeks to arrive. The shipper was unable to unload it without my assistance with my tractor. I live one hour east of Portland, Or. The item arrived in Portland then went to Seattle, Wa. and back to Portland and then sat there for a week because they only come to my area once a week, so I was told. Once the shipper picks it up from Titan no telling when it will arrive.”

“THE TITAN RAKE WORKS GOOD THE WHEEL HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER IF ADJUSTED BY THREADED NUTS RATHER THAN SPACERS.”

“Item arrived as promised. Works as it is designed to. It is supposed to be scratch and dent but I can't find the defect. Box that it came in was trashed in shipment but I found no damage to item. Will order from this company again.”

“Hopefully if i write this review, i will not get any more emails about it. I purchased this product because of the heavier metal than most other people use. Shipping was a nightmare. I'm giving four stars because sometimes problems do happen. Customer service was mostly also a nightmare, taking weeks to get the shipping problems sorted out. If i was solely reviewing based on the customer service, i would give one star. I also communicated with customer service by email, live chat, and phone.”
