“Very well made set of pallet forks. Love the fact that it has receiver holes for bale spikes and a 2” hitch. Also has the added safety of guard rails to catch loose stacks from sliding back on you. Main piece came super quick had to wait for the blades a few days longer. It doesnt quite fit the quick release plates on the Tym 254. The hole slots for the locking pins are about a 1/4 “ wide for getting both locking pins in. Still well worth the cost. Ill grind the pin slot on one side to get them both in.”

“my first disappointment was when the tracking said that the stump bucket was delivered when it was not. it was delivered to the next carrier. a call to the company explained that it was 300 miles away. the next carrier delivered it with no problem. I then unpackaged it and attempted to mount it on my jd300e and it would not fit. the pin on the right side was at least 1/8 too high. a few raps with a 12# sledge took care of this. on the bright side I tried it out on s one small stumps and. it. worked fine.”

“The experience with Josh in sales was extremely good. He was very professional, friendly, and answered all questions. Subsequent follow up with the support team was good; however, they couldn't help with the unacceptable delivery process with Fedex. Daily reports came in stating the product would be delivered today, then another stating it was delayed. That went on for a week and a half. I was going to order a grapple from Titan, but that is doubtful now unless I can be guaranteed they won't use FedEx in the delivery process. We're at our property in Wisconsin now, and in Florida where I am a condo association president, we consistently have problems with FedEx Ground there too.”

“Great product fast delivery, what more could I ask for? How about Not Bombing my email with junk I never requested? Titan thought it was a good idea, everyone else is doing it. Not really, I automatically sweep as much as I can into “junk”. WITHOUT READING ANY OF IT. This results in Titan’s wasted effort.”

“Overall well made - just a bit of weld spatter around post. Only real miss is the goose neck post is too short to engage any but the lowest trailers but that was a secondary consideration for my application anyway. Oh, and need option for Kubota orange rather than faded red!”

“I'm happy with the unit. Solid and well made. Can now stack round bales in the barn flat ends down, Creating stable stacks 3 bales tall and tightly packed together with my mid-sized tractor. Paid extra for expedited shipping to receive in 3-5 days. Arrived after 9 days. It sat at the destination terminal over a weekend, delivered the next Tuesday. Titan people couldn't provide a direct contact so I could retrieve from the depot when it arrived there on Friday. To my surprise, the hydraulic fittings were for a skid steer, one end male, the other female, and not the Pioneer type used on my tractor. Extra expense to swap those out, and more downtime to chase parts. The unit works well, but takes some use to get the hang of it. The hydraulic cylinder floats between the two arms, pushing and pulling both arms at the same time. Fully open and fully closed are always true. Inbetween can skew to one side or the other with a poor grip. A situation you get into often when unloading a full trailer or taking bales back out of the barn. On my tractor the grip is only strong enough to carry a bale reliably when the arms have been fully opened and the bale centered between the arms and pushed up tight to the gripper before squeezing. All the same, the bale grabber is a major improvement over stacking bales in the barn using bale spear tractor gymnastics. Can pack bales tighter, place in more tight locations as the barn fills, and the whole operation is much, much faster.”

“Nice piece of equipment. It fits my needs perfectly. Shipping was a headache, however. The rack and the forks were all shipped separately. One fork never shipped, so it was reordered again after 8 days of waiting. I paid for a more expensive shipping option, which was a mistake because I didn't receive the 2nd fork until well after the cheapest shipping option. Spoke with service on the phone several times, No offer of refunding the difference in shipping. My suggestion would be to put the whole thing together and ship it all freight at one time so that other people don't have this happen to them. Plus, your're breaking the poor Fedex box truck driver's back having them deliver one fork at a time, so save on shipping. It was too big and heavy of an item for my driver and I had to help her unload it each time was delivered. Overall nice piece of equipment, but poor execution in shipping.”

“It’s. Great product but one fix is needed on the hydraulic lines. A swivel 90 degree fitting needs to be installed at the T. The lines run right into the frame of the armature which gets caught and in my case ripped the line from the T and broke the hose.”

“The unit itself is great, stout, well made. Should last a very long time, design is thoughtful and care was taken to fabricate it well. Packaging left a lot to be desired, was so beat up when it arrived it needed a pry bar and sledge hammer to fix the damage, as well as a lot of touch up paint. Sad to see my brand new ballast box already have so much 'character' Other than that, very happy I purchased it.”

“Price was good. Bucket was good. Only problem I had was I was charged shipping. Site said was free shipping. There was a charge for extra costs. But in the end, it still charged for shipping and the extra costs. Was back ordered when I ordered and got here earlier than expected.”
