“Well built unit. Good for picking up 4 inch and larger rock with finely grained loose soil. I have many smaller rocks that slip through the unit . Some are large but thin and so still get through the grates. My solution is to create a grate shaped sleeve made of flat stock metal that will fit between the existing unit and be removable. Easily enough made with my welder but it would be easier and likely less expensive if Titan made it and be purchasable as an add on. Of note I bought the fine grade unit which still has wide enough spaced grill that allows rocks to filter out that I would prefer to be captured.”

“Quick order quick delivery. I pad extra for quick shipping and didn’t notice the diesel surcharge so it was more than I expected but was still happy. Delivery via fedex went pretty well. They said they would give a 2 hour window but have a 12 hour window. Don’t live at the delivery site so that caused a few extra phone calls and rushing around to get someone out there but I think that was a fedex issue not on Titan.”

“Pallet forks I ordered were delivered well packaged and on time. One of the adjustment capture bolts was installed cross threaded and ruined the weldlet receiver on one side. Seems like quality control should have caught this before shipping my order. Had it not been for this, I would have given five stars.”

“Thank you for coming through with the Titan Replacement Hammers for our Flail Mower. Andrew and the Sales team were informative and helpful. The product arrived in a timely manner and I was able to get back to the job at hand with minimal downtime. The only issue I wanted to bring to your attention is the poor packaging that arrived. The box carried 35 hammers and only some packing paper to fill the space. It was too much weight for the box, which ripped on 3 sides and was retapped by the shipper. Thankfully nothing was missing or broken, but that was a very real possibility, which would have caused further delays and problems. I would highly recommend a better packing approach when shipping items this heavy.”
