“Price and ease of delivery are great. The hoses seem to long for my application and in the wrong spot. At full curl the hose fittings hit the cylinder.”

“I think the grapple worked great once I finally found fittings to use it. My John Deere loader has the small 1/4" small female quick couplers for both lines and it would not work of course with the 1/2 male and female on the attachment. I was not able to get answers or adapters from Deere dealer so after multiple days of searching i found and figured out adapter fittings to connect hydraulics to use it. It appears that there is not an adapter that i could find internet included for this issue. The attachment works now but i will need to figure out something different because connection is not quite rite but will function for now. The Grappel is great tool but i think looking into adapters for them to aleviate this issue would be great. It was very frustrating from my view especially since nothing on line or Deere dealer didn't have any answers. I have a 4066R with a 440R loader if that will help anything. If you have any ideas or fixes i would definetly appreciate your opinion. Thank you my Order was #11100343540.”

“So had an issue with getting the wrong part sent to me. I've ordered 9 inch scratch and dent hex augur bit but instead got a 6 inch round augur bit. I can see where the mistake happen. The box containing the wrong bit had a 9" augur bit label attached to it. Either way I was disappointed especially since this my first order from Titan and I had plan out the arrival date to work using the attachment. So I sent an email with pictures and quickly got a response from Poohyee Arcenas. She had your team review the email and promptly sent out the correct unit. I was surprised on how fast and efficiently my issue was resolved. Even if yall got it wrong, customer service means a lot to me, and you definitely have made a new repeat customer.”

“I ordered the pallet forks and the frame showed up with a bent support but doesn't affect how it works so I didn't worry about it but that why it got a 4 instead a 5star”

“I thoroughly love the attachments I bought. They will certainly serve me well. The only concern I have is with getting accurate weights and measures for shipping purposes. I had my attachments shipped to Alaska so I had to find another transporter to get them to me. The snow pusher I was told would ship as one piece so I got a one piece quote. However, Titan shipped it in two pieces and thus caused me to pay an extra $300 in shipping charges. I also had to pay an extra $100 due to other weights and measures that weren't accurate. In the future I would like to know if there is someone other than a salesperson who can give me accurate information for shipping purposes at Titan? I hope this information helps other customers who might need to know regarding this situation. Regardless, thanks for the attachments.”

“Ordered a set of rear tractor forks. Shipped in 3 pieces and got the main part pretty quickly. It took another 7-9 days for the actual forks to showup. Once recieved the overall quality looks good.”

“The attachment works fine and happy with it When I found out FedEx was delivering it I thought I’d have to cancel the order but they did all right. They said it would be here by 6:00 pm but got here around 7:00 and that’s fine. I have a lot of bad experiences with them but thank god not this time”

“Works great, easy assembly. 1 suggestion. The set bolts strip out fairly easy. Had to weld all the spikes in, because they kept falling out ...even with the set nuts. Maybe a through set bolt or an actual nut welded at each bolt location”

“Nice heavy duty attachment, was no problems with shipping and delivery. The box was torn apart but nothing was damaged. The biggest problem was there are no directions, just a picture. Thanks for You Tube videos I was able to figure out how to assemble it. I assume that the attachement came from China? all the nuts and bolts are metric.”
