“Product seems to be of good quality. Price was good as well. I had some questions about the status of my order and I was able to reach a person in short order. The method of shipping? Not so much. FedEx is a mess. Not the fault of Titan at all. I'll purchase from Titan again.”

“Really like the construction and the forks move easily. Only negative was the packaging or rather the lack of it. The fork mount was shipped without any protection at all and. The paint was completely rubbed off in places so now I have to find a coating that will match and prevent rust. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for pallet forks but hope you will consider some shipping protection for the fork frame.”

“As is common with many items built in China, the quality is rudimentary at best, but the packing of the product for shipment is nearly always substandard. Such was the case for this work stand...the product is certainly functional, and for the price paid, very acceptable. But of course the thin layer of cardboard surrounding it was ripped and smashed, and there was essentially no "padding" ro any of the contents. So of course part of the stand was damaged cosmetically (bent and paint scrapped). Again, this doesn't impact the functionality, but I'd gladly pay five dollars more for adequate packaging.”

“Haven't used much yet to say long-term what I think. The first uses are positive. My only gripe is the quality of the bolts used to connect the tines. Cheap grade metal. Stripped a few during installation.”

“Had no instructions and had to google it to get them. Missing one bolt in the safety arm so had to go and purchase one to finish putting it together. Wasn’t hard to put together after I got the instructions.”

“Product was priced competitively and was exactly what I ordered. Shipped out quickly and received quickly. Packing could have been much better product was heavy and ripped through box some paint was missing when I received it.”

“The 3 packages for this product arrived on 3 different days. None of the packaging survived so a lot of powder coating was damaged. The forks had no packaging or shipping info on them, which might explain why they arrived several days later than the frame. The frame had some cardboard around it, at least the part with the shipping info on it, but no other packing material. I would suggest wrapping each of the pieces in some kind of bubble pack and a lot of packing tape to hold it together. I've had other heavy metal items shipped that way and they arrived with no damage. Just cardboard isn't going to work with something this heavy. Other than cosmetic, there was no damage and the unit looks very heavy-duty.”
