“the attachment was what I expected but it came in damaged, the carrier must have dropped something heavy on it and broke the fittings to the hydaulic cylinders and bent the guards protecting the cylinder.”

“Work platform is a good value. The upper rear guard is adequate, but is only attached with two bolts. It would not stand up to much of an impact if something hit it. It will do the job at a budget price.”

“The product is great. Came in three shipments due to weight. Both forks came in same day and frame about three weeks later due to back order that I knew of before hand. They are well made and got use on day 1. Thank you!”

“The ordering and delivery process was excellent. Would definitely order from Titan in the future. However, the frame would not work on my loader, so I modified a bale spear frame and used the blades. I will be calling to check on returning the frame.”

“Fast delivery, but this adapter plate will need some rework on my part. It was pretty clear that the “B” team designed the 3-point hitch connectors. They did not include either detent notches or pins to keep the lower arms from flopping around.”

“Product was good quality when received. They tend to ship without packaging so shipping label is stuck directly on product. Received partial order almost immediately, but last part of order took longer than indicated. Customer service line connection was poor when I called but was eventually able to get information needed as to expected delivery date. Once shipped, order was received quickly. So, good product, just need to set delivery expectations.”

“First I'll say this wasn't my first purchase from Titan and likely won't be my last. My issue was caused by poor packaging. 7 shanks, 7 teeth, 7 pins in a baggie as well as a bag of bolts, washers and nuts loaded in 1 cardboard box. Luckily the bolt baggie was wrapped in mailing tape and wasn't destroyed. There was no other packing material in the box and the pins were loose and 1 tooth was missing. Box was more open than not. 1 of the mounting plates was also missing from the box with the 72" mounting bar. Called Titan and asked for product support. After 7 minutes on hold a lady answered and I tried to explain I needed 1 tooth and the plate. Was told I would receive an email 24 to 48 hrs. Waited 3 days called back, on hold for 5 minutes, a lady answered looked at the image from the order and told me I would get an email. Next day email said replacements would be sent. Received replacements 4 days after I got the request for a review for customer service received. The actual parts worked great but shipping and support could use some upgrades at least proper packing material and all of this would be unnecessary.”
