“Nice piece of equipment. I bought the pallet forks. USA Made. Shipping was quick and everything arrived undammaged. Forks went together easily and works as advertised. Only thing bad was one really crappy weld on lower left pin. It looks like they messed up the weld the first time through. And instead of grinding it down and doing it again, they just welded it on top of the old crappy weld. I expected better. I guess I’ll just have it fixed locally if it breaks. Do better Titan. “The shopping experience with Titan was good. I removed 1 star because the shipping wasn't great (my attachment sat for 3 weeks 40 miles from my location), but Titan was very helpful in getting the local delivery agent to finally deliver the attachment.”

“Build quality of mower is solid. Customer Service was very responsive and resolved my concern quickly. I expected the mower to be compatible with the Quick Hitch that I bought on the same order. It isn't!”

“I had a great experience dealing with titan. The only thing is the forks were said to be completely assembled and they are not. I am disabled and these forks are very heavy. It is hard to assemble the forks onto the mounting plate as they are heavy and aukward. Shipping was super fast and free. Other than that my experience was awesome. I will do business with titan again.”

“There was a short in my order of a 5-pack of flail mower cutters. I called the company and, after sending a picture of the freshly opened box, they quickly agreed that there was a short and that the rest of the order would be shipped free of charge. It arrived quickly. Good service! But, I am perplexed by how someone at the distribution center could have made the mistake. I got two cutters and four bolts on the first go-round. Pretty strange if you ask me.”

“Your order system worked well and I received the replacement flail blades and also the bolts which were not included with my last order. However, you shipped them via FedX which unlike UPS and USPS again left them at the end of my driveway outside of my property gate under the sign that says "Press Button to Open Gate" and "Do not Leave Packages Outside the Gate" I have hundreds of vehicles that turn around at my gate every day due to it location next to the entrance to the hiking trails. I would prefer that you use some other shipping service in the future.”

“The website didn’t perform well for me. I called opened an account with my info and the next day ordered the attachment. That was Friday and it arrived at my driveway on Wednesday.”
