“Everything about the purchase of the grapple was positive. I would have rated the overall experience a 5 out of 5, however the grapple was made in China. No where on the website was the country of origin noted. Had I know it was made in China I would have considered other vendors. Make this grapple in USA with U.S. steel!!!!”

“Bought a scratch and dent stump bucket for a JD 1025R. Just finished cutting the brackets to fit my loader. Had to weld up the brackets. Have a bought 40 minute into it. Can’t wait to try it.”

“It seemed like you took the money really quick but then took a little too long to deliver the package. I personally am not real crazy about FedEx. Try UPS. They are a lot more reliable and faster.”

“Haven’t actually used the attachment yet but the way that the box was ripped up when it finally got here was an embarrassment to either the shipper or the person who wrapped the product”

“I have purchased a few items from you. No problem with shipping. Very small mishap. The steel braces for the 3 point hitch came lose. The bolt lucky I found stuck, wedge between the boards of the pallet. I believe there is only one ???. Thanks LOUIE”

“Bought a 60” brush fork attachment for my tractor. Arrived in damaged packaging that was obviously from a foreign country. Paint was chipped in several Places. There were also no instructions on how to assemble the hold downs, although it was fairly intuitive. Had to help the Fed Ex guy unload it due to its weight.”

“There was an issue with UPS not delivering the first order, not Titans fault. They reshipped the same attachment and followed through to make sure UPS delivered it the 2nd time. Nice job.”

“Looks like a quality product, can't use because it has skid steer connectors (my fault).shipping not so great.5days after estimate of delivery. I had to call them. Tracking wasn't accurate.”
