“Design and construction of the implements are excellent. You would have a 5-star review from me if we didnt have to buy twice and send back the first disaster. Now I am waiting on my refund for the first order. Andrew Whalen saved the deal and should be commended for his product knowledge and support. Drop your customer service contract in the Philippines. They hurt your repeat business.”

“This purchase was for a Titan ballast box, sold as "scratch & dent", and at a slight discount from original price. The unit was shipped FedEx Light Freight (box truck), was delivered just 1 week from date of order, and was in excellent condition. The "scratch & dent" part of their description is completely inaccurate. It is advertised as John Deere hook and pin compatible, but was not compatible without several hours of cutting sections of metal, with a portable bandsaw, 4-1/2" angle grinder, pneumatic hacksaw, and several files. I completed the work and it connects to the JD loader as it should. To me, "Scratch & Dent" means something completely different.”

“My only "complaint" was with my account info on the website... It was repeated "temporarily down" whenever I would access it to check the status of the single backordered item. I wrote CS and was told it would be fixed... It was never fixed over the course of 3 weeks.... It repeated failed to update my info. Items ordered were great....”

“Nice spade. Used with 50hp tractor front end loader. The spade would be more efficient if outside edges of spade were 45degrees instead of about 30 degrees (bent inward). Also add reinforcement bar between fork tubes that is about 4.5 inches forward of current bar and raised above surface enough to get gloved hand around bar. This heavy tool needs a HANDLE!”

“Took longer than expected to receive and updates on delivery were wrong. Somewhere in the process the 6’ landscape rake got reclassified to 2050 lbs from 230 lbs it is. I had to go and pick it up about 2.5 miles because the truck they delivered on (about 40’, tractor trailer) couldn’t make it down a dirt road thawing. It went together in about 4 hrs. Only missing 2 lock washers for the tines. Looks good and quality is good. Can’t wait to try it.”

“this go round with Titan wasn't very good, I order a bolt on hose hanger, and some Titan physical fitness item arrived, and I don't know what it is. I called and the girl said I would get a refund, I didn't want a refund, I wanted the hose hanger, but I was informed all she could do is a refund, I said OK, and she said she will send a ticket to have the wrong item picked up, and I informed her it would still be in the beat up box it was delivered in”
