“Order arrived quickly and pricing was great! The only issue I had was the fastener bag was torn open and 2 bolts were missing. I was able to cobble it together using some that I had laying around the garage. All things considered a good experience!”

“Delivery was absolutely perfect and fast. Item is awesome tool, However the workmanship on this particular device was absolutely atrocious afraid to use it because of the weld. Emailed the company still waiting for a response/replacement”

“I own several items now that I have purchased from Titan, all but one purchase has been perfect which the shipping company is likely the fault (a ballast box that looked like it had been handled by The Hulk then had Thor attempt to hammer it back straight). I do recommend Titan as a company who makes very well built products”

“Shipment got lost but titan did excellent in sending another one ordered the pallet with forks the only thing I noticed is one fork is bigger than the other so it doesn’t sit flat looks like it’s bent other than that great product great service”

“Products were great both aerator and pallet forks. Communication needs work. Promised an email when shipped didn’t happen. Multiple emails and calls to find out there was an exception in transit so reached me 10 days late. Had to pick up at terminal as no lift gate truck and no tractor trailers allowed on road even though I see them all the time. Would have been nice to know before hand. All in all will still purchase more from you in future.”

“Titan shipped quickly and I received the JD quick attach pallet forks sooner than expected. The only hang-up was a slight misalignment with the bottom locking pins. It seems that the 1997 JD model 70 loader is just a little narrower in width with the retrofitted Quick Attach. A 1/4" off to be exact. Not to be discouraged, a little filing on each side, McMaster bushing sleeves, and test fitting for a while netted the desired results. Works as expected. I'm thrilled that I don't have to lift heavy stuff anymore.”
