“Everything looks and works as it should. Fed Ex lost one of the pallet forks but on contacting Titan, they promptly sent a replacement.”

“I was very please with the ease of order and speed of delivery of the forks. I have not used them yet but it appears to be an easy install although I expected there to be some product information with it. Some other fork companies provide suggestions such as adding support chains to keep from bending the lip of the bucket.”

“Initial communication was confusing and items arrived separately. I was not Informed that the second package was out for delivery. We were away. The ballast box arrived with damage to the packaging and scrapes it also was not fully painted. Customer service improved and I was offered a partial refund.”

“Only disappointment was packaging could have been a little better to prevent loose of paint on fork plate. Other then that looks like a great product. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future.”

“Easy order quick delivery, fit perfectly. Just a little heavy, if your tractor is not capable of lifting heavy bucket with heavy rocks maybe get a size smaller.”

“The packaging for this item needs to be more robust. Arrived with parts sticking out of corrugated box and styrofoam blocking all busted up. I work in the packaging world and I would recommend moving to triple wall corrugated and heavier blocking preferably out of engineered corrugated recyclable material. I would send you pictures of how it arrived if you like. FedEx driver who delivered came to find me to let me know that the package came to them in this condition. He apologized as he felt it was not a good representation of his company and wanted me to know. I appreciated his gesture.”

“The first pallet fork frame arrived bent. The customer Service rep. quickly prepared a return shipping label to return it. He then set up and shipped a new one. That was excellent service. I have not used it yet but it looks like it will work fine. I was not real happy about the paint being chipped off all over it. I will buy some paint and paint it back. Other than that everything looks great.”

“Bucket is great! Super thick and well made. Only issue was the hookup holes were too far apart, about 1in. Simple enough fix with a sawsall. Have ordered many items from Titan. Great sturdy products.”

“My ditch bank mower showed up quickly in good order. Assembly instructions would have been tough to follow unless you are mechanically inclined but I managed. I just tried the mower out on brush along the access road to my place. The mower worked well on buck brush, sage brush, and service berry( which is very tough). I used the mower in the angled and verticle position to trim close to a livestock fence. It works really well so far.”
