“Very pleased with fast shipping. Shipping box arrived destroyed but quick hitch was undamaged. You might consider shipping wrapped in plastic instead of cardboard box. Disappointed there were no instructions for installation and how to adapt to cat 1 vs. cat 2 attachments.”

“Everything has been delivered. I haven't use any of the attachments. Service was good. You should ask the customer, what hydraulic hook up they have on their tractor and make the proper adjustments. They are not all "Bob cat" compatible.”

“Titan did great. FedEx did lousy. I'm not going into details here but if you are interested check out the tracking of the two packages. Wow! What a mess.”

“The attachment came in as three pieces, all three had separate tracking numbers. One piece was delayed due to barcode damage. No fault of Titan. Unit came in and I out it to work. Seems well built and sturdy”

“The box that it came in was all torn up. It came in three different boxes that was tape up. I you think that a stronger shipping box is needed. Some parts could be lost. I was lucky that it all show up”

“The shipper managed to mangle the protective packing. However, this is a completely expected result from FedEx. They also managed to tweak the feed shoot which made assembly problematic. For some reason the quick attach plate was upside down on the implement. I have no idea why and I suppose that will remain a mystery of the universe because there is zero product documentation. Being a product of China, I checked all bolt torque values on moving parts and found wildly inconsistent values. Not a good thing with a big rotating mass spinning at hi rpms. Note that I factored all above in my initial purchase decision. Product was tested and works as advertised after~30 minutes of testing with various branch sizes. In fact product performance exceedes expectations at this point. Fit and fish was as expected for the price. If the product continues to perform it will be considered a good value.”

“I love Titan Attachments they are built tough and fit just ad advertised. This my second piece and i will buy more. The only frustration i have at all is the folks answrring the phone sales. It used to be a Person from Tennessee. Very warm and welcoming and excellent service. Now i believe they are using a foriegn service for phone sales and i had to call three times to find out why my check wasn't posted to my account. My grapple bucket was put on hold until it was posted which is understandable and check was to them in three days. It took two weeks after and me calling multiple times to get my product off hold and shipped. So i think they should go back to loval Customer support. Otherwise excellent products.”

“Good attachment for the money. One of my forks was a little bend or off angle when I got it. Not sure as to why or if it’s the bottom plate but it still works great. I’m just a little ocd and noticed it right away”

“Everything was delivered in great shape. The only small issue I had was they held my order for over a week and then called to verify my credit card for security reasons. By this time the one implement I needed was on backorder and my credit card funds were tied up as pending for two weeks. Took a month to get the back-ordered item.”

“Trucking company never contacted me for delivery. They said it was me that had to contact them. So my item sat at their terminal for almost week. Told them our hours and the would come after hours”

“Ordered a 34 inch mini grapple for my Dingo skid steer but attachment plate was way too big ... However I have to have a welder fabricate it to fit... Wasn't expecting that since it is advertised that it was for mini skid steer such as Toro Dingo... However Titan said that they would compensate for the difference to my account... We will see... If that actually happens... The grapple itself is a game changer and worth the money... But an aggrivation to have to rebuild something that is not as advertised to fit your machine...”

“Cardboard is no way to ship steel attachments from California to North Carolina. First one I ordered came with box destroyed and taped up, was short many tines- returned. Ordered another and it got to 10 miles from me and returned by shipping Co. due to damaged. Ordered a other and was delayed 2 times due to barcode destroyed, finally got it in s fed ex box, not original box, but to my surprise it was complete.”

“When the package arrived it looked like the box had been dropped and thrown around quite a lot all 3 straps holding the box together had cut thru all the edges of the box. After opening the box all the parts were there but the table was bent in several spots along the out rails and one of the main braces running under the middle of the table was bent so the table is not flat i tried to straighten it out, i guess i will have to live with it like it is Rick”
