“Customer service was good and equipment was delivered in a heavy duty crate with all parts and paperwork. I would’ve given 5 stars but there was a delay getting the equipment from Titan to shipping company.”

“The forks and back stop arrived. They were pretty beat up. Seems like a heaven thing like that should be on a pallet and wrapped up. Needs to be repainted. Sad state of the world I guess. It’s all about the money.”

“Forks shipped on time but there were several delays in the shipping which I believe where the transporters issues but it delayed their arrival. However they fit as expected and work good.”

“The box that it came in was all ripped up which is ok I guess , don’t know why you would ship something that heavy and bulky in a paste board box but , other then that it looks great !!!!”

“Mixed results. I was very impressed with how quickly the two smaller items were shipped, but on the larger 500 pound fronhoe, all I see is the following message that doesn't tell me anything except that the trucking company has not picked it up yet. If this had been like the smaller items, I would give a 5 start, but without any update in a week on the large item, I will give it a 4 star at this point. Saia LTL Freight 105860260306 Delivery information will be available once carrier has the updates.”

“Shipping and communication were excellent. Product seems well built. No directions so google and YouTube are your friend. Not sure why they don’t have holes line up so one can simply put pin thru when not in use. Ended up Welding two nuts on and am using a bolt .”
