“The product looks great. The hydraulic lines need to be better protected. I am not happy with the shipping company. I drove 60 miles to pick it up, or would have had to wait another week for delivery.”

“-Ordering the Stump Bucket was a breeze. -Delivery was awesome! Hassle Free Service! -Fitting to my JD was a little work.. the pins were a little high and inward. Had to grind the pin top and inner tangent points/edges down for it to fit…1/8” or so per pin. -Working Time… works great, no issues, and is doing the job just right! Adam H.”

“Post hole digger auger look good. Packaging they came in left a little to be desired. Foam at both end barely surviving the trip. Package card board cut by the auger and coming apart”

“The 60" rake I purchased was well built and had all the extras to make sure it was put together correctly. If it works as well as it was built, I will be a happy camper. Using it for the first time this weekend. My only negative experience was the shipping. I was originally told a Thursday delivery but received it on the following Tuesday. I understand shipping is out of Titan "hands"”

“I have to wait about a month after I placed my order until the shipping day. A day or 2 after the shipping day I called to find out about my order and I was told the part was in back order and there was no information when it would be arriving. I was told they did not know if they would get the product at all. I was seconds away to cancel my order but decided to wait a few days. The following day I received a notification my order was ready to ship. Not sure why there is a disconnect between customer service and actual inventory. Titan attachments must improve on this aspect.”

“My first order was lost in shipment which I know happens, but there was no communication from Titan regarding this issue. I reordered the pallet forks snd it was delivered within a few days (free shipping) so I’m happy.”

“Multiple issues with items being incorrect or damaged during shipment. Pallet fork attachment damaged, contacted Titan in regards obtained return label for shipping, the damaged item was returned to me and not Titan. Waiting on the new replacement item to be delivered and will return the damaged item to Titan upon receipt. The Delivery company is less than desirable for mishandling of the product. Titan customer service reps are excellent.”

“Stump bucket came very quickly. There were several scratches down to bare metal, but those are easily repainted. the only problem was that the bucket was shipped in the angle iron crate UPSIDE down, because bucket bottom sticks up past angle iron. making it much more difficult to unpack it. After removing top of angle iron, the whole thing has to be flipped over, making it more dangerous and risking more scratches, etc.”

“The ditch and bank flail mower looks impressive. I'm glad to have the more updated version instead of the older model that was on the description photo. It was packaged the best way possible and the equipment wasn't damaged. The crate was slightly broken, but it didn't cause any problems with the machine. The shipping time frame was not a long wait, and that was very convenient.”

“This thing is awesome. Pulls brush easy roots and all. Larger stuff takes some persuasion but it will give. Pulled some privet more than six inches. Just work it back and forth a little. The pin is a little sloppy and may get some wear but it’s much less expensive than other brands I compared to. Delivery was good too. Had It sent to work where they have a loading dock.”

“It was really packed well, I did have to buy longer hydraulic hoses and I figured out the spring holding the hoses was pretty much useless. I did weigh it after and it weighs about 100 more pounds than the description says which I was concerned with but I have been using it and honestly it works quite well.”
